- Best keyless gas cap on the market. Install is easy on a ZX10. I ordered another for a gsxr1000r. In this video I go over the install and review of TWM keyless gas cap on a Kawasaki ZX10R. The quality is really good and fit is excellent. In my opinion a better buy then Driven Halo.

Just put a Halo on last week. $43 on ebay brand new. I see a lot of people with the TWM on some really nice bikes. 650 Ib has them on all his.
Halo is nice. $43 is a deal! Twm is really good quality and looks nice.
Think id rarher spend the money sorting the mess on the fuel tank itself
Wait did you run that breather line all the way down that hole?? Or cut the line??
Did you put the vent hose in the wrong hole? Ive seen alot of people put it in the other hole on the left side with no bridge/tower
I think I put it in the oem cap vent hole. I don’t know without taking it apart.
hey are you sure the air breather goes in that hole? as the instructions in the booklet says other wise but your method do make sense
I’m not sure what hole I put it in now. I know as long as it can vent to atmosphere, which should happen because of the tank vents. I haven’t had any issues.

@@MantisRacing Hey thanks for the response :). The instructions that came with the fuel cap was wrong, i checked the build instructions of oem and you put it in the right hole. One more question, have you had any fuel leaks from the front of the cap? as there seems to be a tiny gap in the fitment when i fit mine.
@@Bu11e7x the gasket on the cap and below the fill neck should prevent leaks. I haven’t had any, luckily though I haven’t ever tested with a drop. Thanks for the feedback. I rewatched what I did and was thinking I don’t know where else to have put it. I’m pretty sure I put it in the existing cap vent.

I’m worried about people stealing gas or messing with my tank.
Would you rather they siphon out your gas through the filler or punch a hole in the tank with a screwdriver? Happens a lot in California, especially when gas gets $$$. A locked gas cap will not keep anyone from doing something else to your bike, if they are so inclined. They could get mad that it has a lock and key it really bad. Even if they steal the bike with a locked gas cap, they can drill out the screws to gain access to the tank.
How big are the bolts for the cap?
