But, among converted Muslims of Indian sub-continent ( Bharat, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Trai Nepal ) there are castes in Muslims called "Biradari" in Urdu , Jati in Hindi and Jaat in common Hindustani dialects . Surname ( family line ) , blood-line and DNA cannot be changed by converting to any faith . Caste , tribe , class , Biradari exists in all religions , countries and society. Brahmins ko Bharat me Manuwaad ke naam par kuch adhik hi badnaam karne ki rajneeti ki jaa rahi hai. Gujarat ke danga me Muslim bhaiyo ka sbse adhik saath Brahmin officers ne diya aur VHP ne sbse adhik Aadiwasi bhaiyo ko Muslim samaaj ke virudh prayog kiya .
Mughals raja log Hindus se Jazaiya tax ( protection money to be used for army salaries and to exempt Hindus from compulsory military services). The Hindu categories which were exempted from Jazia tax collection were Brahmins ( as many among them were saints / fakeers / beggars/ no definite source of income ), low menial jobs persons ( manual labours, depressed Classes), farmering regions with draught or infertile land , women , children, jobless persons, handicapped etc. Muslims used to pay compulsory " Zakat-tax " ( religious tax to be paid by persons who met Nisaab i.e. posssation of atleast 52 Tola Silver or more , etc. ).
Mughal rule in lndia was a coalition government of Muslim Mughals and their Hindu Rajput relatives . The real grandmother of Aurangzeb was a Hindu Rajput princess named Jagat Gosain. The grandfather of Muhammed Ali Jinnah was a Gujarati speaking Hindu of Lohana caste . L.K. Advani is Aamil Sindhi Hindu of Lohana caste group. The national poet of Pakistan Sir Allama Muhammad lqbal 's grandfather was a Kashmiri Pandit Brahmin of " Sapru " gotra ( same as Justice Katju ) . The ancestors of almost all Kashmiri muslims were actually Kashmiri Pandits , still using the same surnames like Butt , Batt / Bhatt etc. The ancestors of Shair-e-Kashmir Sheikh Abdullah were Kashmiri Pandit Brahmin of " Kaul " gotra . Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru 's gotra is also "Kaul." Since , Kashmiri muslims and Hindus are mostly Kashmiri Pandit Brahmins , they must live lovingly and mob-lynchings of Muslims in rest of lndia must be stopped and BJP must give 15% seats of MPs to Muslim citizens and 20% seats of MLA in UP and other states as per their percentage of population.

There is no caste system in Islam but Muslims in India are divided on caste lines.
Muslim society in India consists of several status groups or biradaris that are broadly sorted in three categories:
The Ashrafs (the ‘noble’ elite or the ‘honorable ones’),
The Ajlafs (backward Muslims), and
The Arzals (Dalit Muslims).
Ashrafs - They are Muslims who either claim to have a foreign pedigree, descendants of Muslims from Arabia, Persia, Turkey, Afghanistan (Syeds, Pathans), or who are upper-caste converts from Hinduism (Rajput, Gaur Muslims or Gada Biradari, Tyagi Muslims among others).
Ajlafs - They are middle-caste converts, who were into ritually “clean” occupations.
The Ansari momins (weavers), darzi or idiris (tailors), rayeens or kunjaras (vegetable sellers), Teli Malik, Sheikh Sarwari, Quraishi-Kasai, Gujjar, Ghosi, Gaddi fall in the Ajlaf bracket.
Arzals - They are from the lowest, “untouchable” castes like halalkhors, helas, lalbegis or bhangis (scavengers), dhobis (washer-men), nais or hajjams (barbers), chiks (butchers), and faqirs (beggars).

The thing that majority Indians (forget the World) do not even know that such a system exists in Indian and also Pakistan Muslim communities is so sad. Bcz we still talk about Dalit issues which have been almost solved. Dalits have come to the mainstream India. It's just that too much politicisation of Dalit is stopping their progress. Whereas Pasmanda issues are not even known though their issues are real bcz majority are still following their traditional occupation. And the upper caste Ashrafs don't even want to talk about it actually. The reason is clear Ashrafs being a foreigner Muslim don't wants to see the progress of Native Indian Muslims. Ashrafs are severely over represented in Parliament though they don't have any issues whereas Pasmandas are like almost negligibly represented in Parliament

बौद्ध धर्म को कबूल करके दलितों ने कितनी तरक्की की है वो आप देख सकते हो उनका जीवनस्तर और अपना जीवनस्तर देखो
जैसे हमने पंडितों से अपना पिंड छुड़ाया है आप भी सैय्यद से पिंड छुड़ाओ और तरक्की करो
ये ही एक मात्र रास्ता है
और जब हम सारे बौद्ध बन जाएंगे तो मिलकर आरक्षण की लड़ाई भी मजबूत होगी
क्योंकि जब तक अशरफ है आपको इस्लाम में अपना हक नहीं मिलने वाला और आपको इस्लाम के नाम पर इस्लाम के अंदर ही कभी आरक्षण नहीं मिलेगा क्योंकि सैय्यद कभी ये मानेगा ही नहीं कि आपके साथ भेदभाव होता है और जब भेदभाव नहीं होता तो आपको मुसलमानों में अलग से आरक्षण क्यों

Dalit-Muslims and Dalit-Christians must be included in the SC list ( like British Raj government i.e. as before 1950 SC reservation order by then Congress government ). Inclusion of Dalit-Muslims and Dalit-Christians has already been granted SCHEDULED CASTES STATUS by National Commission for Scheduled Castes , National Commission for Human rights and National Commission for Minorities in lndia.

discrimination of Muslims and Christians by majority community is based on their religion itsef then why not the reservation for Muslim and Christian minorities be based on religion . The ancestors of Dalit-Muslims and Dalit-Christians converted to escape discrimination but after conversation their progeny faces double discrimination from upper caste Hindus , one based on religion and other based on their social status ( their caste or biradari ) . Their is caste based social hierarchy among Muslims and Christians of lndian sub-continent known as " Biradari system " ; namely Ashraaf ( like Hindu upper castes ) , Ajlaaf ( like Hindu OBCs ) and Arzaal ( like Hindu SCs , Dalit-Muslims).

Many saying that Converted Muslims and Christians must get reservations but why should it be given to them if there are no castes in these religions. First they must fight for rights in their religions, once they accept that there castes in these religions then Constitution can be changed to accommodate in reservation but by stopping Conversions.

Being at the bottom of the social hierarchy, the arzals (dalit Muslims) like Mehtar, Bhangi, Halalkhor, Barbers, Weavers, Tanners, Washermen etc are the worst off and need to be absorbed in the SC list at par with their counterparts among Hindus. The caste is in fact a social phenomenon shared by almost all communities irrespective of their religious persuasions. This will be inconsistent with Article 14, 15, 16 and 25 of the Constitution that guarantee equality of opportunity, freedom of conscience and protect the citizens from discrimination on grounds of religion etc. By addressing these the government will definitely establish justice and equality, without any favour or discrimination.

Pasmanda Muslims = Sudra Community of Hindu who were Kept in OBC / BC community. They are MBC or EBC Legally. Dalit Muslims = Dalits of Scheduled Caste Origin embraced Islam in the course of time. Basically Dalit Muslims are those Muslims are those involved in Impure / Unclean professions. Pasmanda Muslim treat these people as Untouchable outside Mosque. The vocal Muslims in general accept these divisions on the basis of religion but on the premise of social reality Pasmanda Muslims also lookdown Dalit Muslims. The Socio-Educational-Economic parameters of Dalit Muslims are worse than that of all other Muslim Communities. These Dalit-Muslim Communities were in the Depressed Classes list of GOI 1924 later they were kept in SC list of GOI 1936. On 10th of August 1951 these Dalit-Muslim Communities were deleted from SC lit by a Presidential order along with Other religious Minorities from 'Untouchable" origin. This Presidential Order was later amended in 1956 to provide SC status to Sikhs and 1991 to Neo-Buddhists. In 2004 Dalit Christians approached the Court with an appeal do de-link SC status with Religion. The matter was referred to NCRLM in 2006 [Nation Commission of Religious and Linguistic Minorities] headed by Justice Ranganatha Mishra as a special reference. The commission recommended to de-link SC status with Religion. GOI couldn't act on the Commission report. GOI asked for 8 weeks of time in the Court when the Writ came before the bench in 2004, but still [ as on 21-10-2019], the said 8 weeks were yet to be complete. Both Dalit-Muslims and Dalit-Christians were waiting for Justice.
What can be done now?
Either, the dalit Muslims be included in SC list and provided reservation or there should be annihilation of caste and they should be accepted as fellow Muslims.
One is legal remedy, the other is social remedy. Which one is easier to achieve?
