You manage to get around now by yourself on the streets of Metro Manila and that's terrific !Pretty soon you'll be flying in and out between Norway and Philippines, between summer and winter. So however, whenever, wherever it might be that you plan to settle, Philippines is not a bad idea! You just have to get used to frequent typhoons and heavy traffic! @@saratemp790 the apartment we went to is definitely a upper scale place. It was built just two years ago and is considered a luxury apartment. Not the average standard.
