- Hello. This is an important message from OurResistance: It appears TH-cam is using a new censorship regime which cannot be disabled not even by the content uploaders. TH-cam is now automatically censoring any posts which contain a wide variety of different words which at times have been used to express the desire to resist or disobey! Who is using the novel 1984 as an instruction manual to implement totalitarianism? Who is becoming full fascist?

I have discovered the true cure for depression, mental illness, and even back pain! It is just a simple formula of common kitchen spices!
Main Depression and Back Pain Eliminating Mixture (3 size "00" capsules total):
1.5 grams Turmeric
200 milligrams fresh black pepper
Extra Mood Boosting Mixture (1 size "00" capsule, take up to 4 as needed):
103mg Garlic Powder
69mg Chili Powder
51mg Onion Powder
51mg Cumin
51mg Cayenne Red Pepper
43mg Paprika
43mg Cilantro Leaves
34mg Ground Mustard
34mg Ground Cloves
Please note, these spice capsules are not available for sale. You will need to make them yourself.
After about 8 months, you may become hypersensitive to the Turmeric. If you start to get headaches in your neck, then significantly reduce the dosage of turmeric and sleep with your head flat and without using a pillow.
My results from these spice formulas were truly amazing! Depression and back pain completely gone after two to three months!
Love this video! I’m in Baja now, but love windsurfing the Gorge too! Sixty and still stoked on windsurfing 😎🇲🇽
I still have this in VHS but nothing to play it on. Thanks for uploading.
Damn I wish I had been born a little earlier. I'm 38 and have been in Portland since 2003. I have seen some windsurfers, but there is not a big windsurfing scene here anylonger like shown here. It's a sad shame. The bowling alleys and skate rinks have been torn down, there's less and less people out enjoying life. Everyone's overworked, poor, and unhealthy.
Interesting. I was in Hood River a few years ago (2019) and there were TONS of windsurfers and kiteboarders. I imagine these days there are a lot of wing foilers as that sports has exploded recently. And during said trip, we stayed in Portland a few nights did meet lots of kiteboarders, so it seems to me wind sports (even if not specifically "windsurfing") seems alive and well, unless things really changed post pandemic.
I have found some potential ways to process this video so that the quality is better, but it will take some time to do. I have also purchased another VCR, and I will see if the picture is more stable or not when I get the VCR.
