This was very interesting and insightful. I really appreciate you sharing this interview with us. I have to say I was shocked, though not surprised, when I heard, "I consider myself to have started my transition late," and then we find out that she started her transition at the age of twenty-six. This ageism is prevalent in our community and I can see how discouraging it is to older trans women.
I started my transition in January of 2021 and I turned 50 in November, 2021. So I've been on hormones for 20 months. I have excellent breast growth and fat redistribution and I have my first consultation for FFS coming up in two days, which is actually why I watched this video. We've got to stop the ageism in the transgender community. Where would we be if it weren't for our trans elders?

Under the saying, the cheap ends up expensive, I am curious (eh, more than curious), to get an idea of what is the cost of a transgender breast augmentation with Dr. Barrett. I expect that each patient has different needs and the final price would be reflective of that. So, mas o menos, please give me an idea.
