    I am using Trello + GTD in one board, because it is more easy to use if compare with a lot of boards.
    I am using these columns:
    1) Inbox column - for all incoming cards.
    2) List of projects column - for all projects.
    3) List of actions column - list of actions/ next steps (gtd methodology)
    4) For day column - my own column that I am using for convenienceб where I am put cards
    5) Waiting list and delegate column - (gtd methodology)
    6) Done column :) -for visual motivation :)
    7) Time and date (calendar) column
    8) Someday / maybe column
    9) Reference materials

      I am currently using a combo of Todoist + Evernote Legacy

      @bradford-vts 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LucasPrigge Why a combination Lucas? Why not simplify and Use the one? I mean what does Evernote Legacy do that TODOIST does not do. What is Evenote Legacy anyway? Could you show us a demo of your TODOIST EVERNOTE COMBO in action?

      PS I think they say that Cal Newport (a productivity expert and professor in computing) is a massive fan TRELLO, but I find it too faffy.

      @@LucasPrigge Great video Lucas - thanks! Why do you prefer Todoist over Trello? I'm just starting on my journey, but do enjoy Trello and have been leaning towards that. Just curious why you prefer todoist and the evernote combo over it? Thanks!

    Say I create a separate workspace for my projects, and a list for each project. I add a card for each action step and use the butler button (now called Automation) to move just the very next action to my Runway's Next Action list. Once I do the action and move that card from my Next Action List to my Done list, then archive it after my weekly review...this only archived the COPY of that card, and the original remains on my Project workspace...how do I get it to automatically delete/archive the original card when I archive the copy once the action is complete?

    Could you do a GTD version of Remember The Milk? I’d like to see that! :)

      Thanks for the tip, Nancy! Definitely adding this to my list to review.

      And if possible one for Things 3? I’d really like to see that one too! :)

      @@nancydriessen594 That is definitely on the list. Currently, I'm still confined to Windows/Android though! Moving to Apple later this year so I can take a look at Things 3, Omnifocus and other Mac-only apps.

      I did not. Good idea though, I'll see if this is possible with Trello

    SO, how do you add lots of projects without cluttering the system. you only have one project. i have 70. so how to make it look less overwhelming. oh thanks for the video

    • @LucasPrigge
      @LucasPrigge  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You could create a separate workspace for that (or multiple to group projects under their related Focus Areas)

      I considered it but I found it to be not user friendly enough for GTD :/

      @@LucasPrigge My goodness, in our office we are only allowed to use MS to do or OneNote. I'll have to figure some way to use MS to do as a GTD tool now 🤔
