How much do you think this manual transmission set up be after it’s all said an done?

Are you referring to this specific application or a range? Obviously if you scored a used tkx the price would be less than a new one. But, most of the other parts needed would probably be new. Easier to call it without the trans price since that can vary and in this case the customer supplied the transmission. Don’t know the exact cost for it but I do know he got it from someone who had originally purchased it then changed their plans. Also, the flywheel and clutch are a big variable as well…steel vs billet and stock vs performance clutch. Prices can run from $200-1000… I would say for the average person to this with a good stock GM ls1 style clutch, stock flywheel…..maybe $650. + trans + shifter + possible drive shaft modifications…you get the picture. It’s hard to get real specific on this one because the owner supplied the transmission, bellhousing, dual clutch, fluids. We purchased the hydraulic throw out assembly and there were various small parts needed to complete the installation. I’ve seen “kits” available for swaps like this in the $5K range so I would say that’s about right on average. Gotta look at labor as well and the time it take to make everything fit right and install. It’s not a “cheap” conversion. If you can do most all the work yourself that will save $ as well as the cost of the transmission itself. Sorry to be so long winded, the answer is not as easy as the question! Thanks for asking.

What kind of ecu and driveshaft will y’all be using

The LS pcm is driving the engine, once all is up and running with all the gauges working the way I want, I will thin out all the stock wiring. So, until all is done, I am not going to just go and pull the original pcm. The driveshaft is the original unit that has been shortened approximately 2.5".
