I went to Vermont over 40 years ago for a couple of weeks. I'm still in Vermont that couple of weeks stretched out a few more and a few more and a few more... If I go anywhere else all I do is pine to come home to Vermont.

I SWEAR . Once I seen that outdoor meditation box I was just floored like a seen a gem. I’m literally about to pay $700 monthly to rent a studio just so I can have a piece of mind. PEACE. So damn invaluable. A room mate would be good financially but Chile I just want to be a hermit and sit with MYSELF and feel alone so I can connect with me . Going through a traumatic transformation in my life right now and I just need solitude!

Hopefully the hatefulness of some people doesn’t deter you from coming back. This is a really lovely state with such kind people. Sometimes a homogeneous place can seem mean at first but once you get to have more convos with the people there, you realize they are quite warm.

I would want to do this someday , it seems calming and reassuring . I also would want to have a home based in this type of scenery . 😌

This is so wonderful. I'm at a point where I'm paying down all of my debts so that I can move around more freely and not be tied to this country or a 9-5.
My husband and I have the same goals. We have a 6 year goal of paying off all debt because we will be retiring around that time. An I have lived in LA area and Denver area and I want out in the country

In my late 30's sweetie. If I could tell myself 10 years younger self one thing it would be to not let fear lead you. Live your life on your own terms and don't stop yourself from self discovery. As far as the worldly part, that will happen in its own time, just don't get in your own way.
I will be 49 in Dec and my life isn't a life I really am just existing right now. I have so may dreams and don't know where to start. I can say that you are young and you need to chase down your dreams and enjoy your journey.

I love this. I went to a place this past summer that was similar and I was quickly in love, joyful and at peace being disconnected. Children played freely without concern, there was always something to do whether it was working on a project, studying in the library, or sunbathing or swimming in the lake. It's exactly how we should be living. I see it becoming a normal trend in the future. Being an early adopter is tough so I'm gonna say a prayer to our ancestor spirits to protect y'all, give strength and keep the peace and love free flowing 🙌🏿💛💜❤💚

That place is heavenly. You probably won't see this in time but walking barefoot on the earth is very healing. So to anyone reading this, walk barefoot in the grass and it will help heal your body and mind. There's a documentary about it called Earthing. It's been scientifically proven for those who think it just sounds crazy lol
I moved to Vermont last year and recently tripped on shrooms. While I was tripping I took off my shoes and when my feet touched the grass I thought I was turning into part of the earth. I totally agree that it's a great feeling. ✨

I used to move a lot growing up. I never felt grounded. Now at 20, after five years of living in Ca I feel restless. I think my body got used to moving a lot, but my mind isn’t ready. I’ve barely reconnected with family. Right now I can’t imagine leaving but I know one day I’ll be ready, I’m happy you decided to go for this amazing opportunity enjoy it!!!

The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master. I feel that disconnection from my mind, body, spirit all the time as well. Lately I have been asking my spirit to guide and give inspiration to my body and my mind. We will find what works for us. Love the content, thanks for sharring.

I have been saying for the longest that people in these crowded areas need to spread out, get grounded and connected to the earth agian and to manhood , womanhood I thank God that I live in the country and around nature . I am close to God and don't get caught up in the hive mind ,bs Release negativity ,get in a vehicle with friends, go for a ride ! You have no idea what greatness is just a few miles outside your town. Why do you think that some areas are called projects? Propagandists spend so much time and energy keeping you behind i visible walls, afraid of your neighbors. I love my neighbors. I'm planning to volunteer at a farm to gain knowledge and comradery. Get off the teat of government. Learn to think independently and do for yourself !

That place is heavenly. You probably won't see this in time but walking barefoot on the earth is very healing. So to anyone reading this, walk barefoot in the grass and it will help heal your body and mind. There's a documentary about it called Earthing. It's been scientifically proven for those who think it just sounds crazy lol
Yes grounding is imperative. I need to reenter myself. Go hug a tree for a minimum of 3 minutes and see how amazing you feel afterwards. Xx
I moved to Vermont last year and recently tripped on shrooms. While I was tripping I took off my shoes and when my feet touched the grass I thought I was turning into part of the earth. I totally agree that it's a great feeling. ✨

I used to move a lot growing up. I never felt grounded. Now at 20, after five years of living in Ca I feel restless. I think my body got used to moving a lot, but my mind isn’t ready. I’ve barely reconnected with family. Right now I can’t imagine leaving but I know one day I’ll be ready, I’m happy you decided to go for this amazing opportunity enjoy it!!!

Propagandists spend so much time and energy keeping you behind i visible walls, afraid of your neighbors. I love my neighbors. I'm planning to volunteer at a farm to gain knowledge and comradery. Get off the teat of government. Learn to think independently and do for yourself !
Humans are ment to be surrounded by nature. Think the cities cause some types of mental illness like stress, anxiety, paranoid and destroy our sense of community.

I’m training for an internship in the mental health field and when you talked about needing to find your body and spirit in a new environment, that spoke to me directly in this moment. Thank you for that, I needed to hear it. When it comes to your writing, and coming back to your artistic self, please allow yourself some grace. You don’t need to flip the switch and be back. It’s ok if you go thru periods of doubt and falling out from writing again beyond this point. Just don’t let those periods stop you from picking it back up again. I would love to hear your stories.
