Another issue with her Giant form is simply that Bakugo, Deku, and Todoroki do too much damage in and of itself. Along with their range they can just melt you instantly.
Not to mention the fact that when your targeting one person everyone else just jumps you before you get a chance to do anything

Giant form should have like a big defense buff against projectiles and headshots would ignore that buff so there is some skill involved when going against her Giant form

yeah definitely. she's basically impossible to miss her with how big she is and you still take decent damage
Her quirks are fine. She just needs more defense when big and shorter animations for growing/shrinking and she is golden
No, that would just cause her to feel bad to play against. The best buffs she can get is having the 100+ A Damage monsters being lowered down to her 60ish damage, and then getting rid of the bugs and shit that prevent her from getting/staying big. Nerfing Bakugo, Todoroki, Deku, All Might, Shigaraki, and maybe even a few others would be a lot better for Mount Lady, than buffing Mount Lady.

@@demonaxe23 No they are not, Deku is the same class as mount lady, but has 4 useful abilities instead of 3, and his damage is significantly higher, and he has more mobility and utility. He's an all around better version of this character and there is a reason nearly every ranked team runs Deku and Bakugo. You can make a better argument for Bakugo being not OP, but at his damage levels it's not true, his tank (for holding damage) far exceeds most other characters, the bottom 2 damage chars don't have as much as him when combined, and then on top of that he has amazing DPS, mobility and range. They intentionally made these 5 characters insane because of their importance. Meanwhile Mount Lady, Uravity, Toga, and even chars that are still used like Froppy all suck compared to these 5.

Nerfing the meta range characters to not do 100+ dmg a shot (Bakugo/Deku/All Might/Todoroki) and buffing MT Lady's Defense while in big form and lowering her time to shrink would be amazing for her!
She's probably the most balanced character in the game. If you can manage when to grow giant and back, the enemy won't be able to hurt you or get away in time.
Exactly. You don't just grow randomly in bad situations as it is. That's just playing badly.
Shes balanced BECAUSE she has strenths AND weaknesses. That's how balance works.
@@Am4t3r4su Yeah thought I do think a bit more damage reduction while giant would help, Lady is mostly fine where she is so long as you use her to tank damage for the team and manage your timing well.
Really it's the DPS characters like Bakugo and Todoroki that make it hard to play her but that's another issue entirely.

Exactly the only things I find problematic at times is when I grow, I see lasers from across the map and I take big damage.

I feel maybe Mt.Lady should have a few invincibility frames when shrinking from being giant, or retain the defense buff that she gets from being big. I don't know if being knocked out of giant form is a bug or not. She is one of my favorite characters to use though. Hope the devs give a little something in terms of survivability. Maybe give her a bit more range for alpha quirk as well. Maybe.
Giant form needs s when going big and shrinking and a bit more defence and i think she's fine
Mt Lady needs a second charge of the kick and faster/defense in her animations when changing to big/small.
I think immunity to CC and damage during the first half of her animation would be fair. With this being a Br she's talking a big risk by transforming. Especially with characters like Bakugo who can just fly outside her rage and hit her while not even your team can do much against that
My Buffs I would give her:
- Slight Damage increase at lvl 9 60 -> 65
- Damage Increase when Giant, shots hit for 70
- lvl 9 Gamma skill get 2 charges, but decrease base damage on gamma skill
- Decrease animation time when going giant and shrinking back down
This is enough to make her a solid A tier. Because with how she is now her A tier status is questionable.
A good buff I’ve been saying (idk if she had this in the betas) but allow her to use active in her big form and give her more basic attack range ffs, and maybe a second dash at lvl 4 or 9 kick. Also i really don’t like that she can get knocked out of big form with certain skill like Ochaco’s B skill….

How ya'll not get ANY wins lol. I've been on 5 to 6 win streaks in ranked. Play some of the stronger heroes and it's a joke almost.

I think shes a good beginner main to understand the basics of the game (which why i used her mostly)
She's my main and im having so much fun with her! The only change she needs, but would not change much would be that the giant tranformation can't be interrupted like it happened in your first game
Can I get some tips for her gamma quirk? I keep missing it when in normal form. Or does it not do damage?
@@luqmanloki4803 The gamma quirk does damage, but not very much in comparison to the other two. Like Globku said it's best to upgrade that later because in the end you'll use It primarily for movement and it's not worth it to upgrade first. The thing I do different than Globku Is powering up the Beta quirk first because leveling It up at lvl 4 and 7 gives you a lot more damage, area and one extra shot. I usually go b4 -> a9 -> b9 -> y9
@@Zafferaaron I main Mt.Lady and i usually go a9->y9-b9 cuz the b seems like it would be useful but it knocks down so then they can jump out with s and beam you or escape

I had an experience where my friend was playing mt lady and I was healing him while he was gigantic, definitely strong with some heals
IT's literally a team game. one teammate can literally pop shields and health for the team while they fight. And Mt lady can literally 1 v 3 if she has support SUPER easy.
I agree with the defense buff when she is big but i feel she dosent need a range buff because she is made to be in your mouth and stomping you out when needed (this is comming from someone that was told by most teammates ive played with as her i was pretty nasty as her in the competitive mode)
Here are some buff suggestions because i believe she needs them too.
1. Her Y can have 2 charges while in non giant form (it goes to 1 with little reload up while giant).
2.When deactivating your giantification you get invulnerability to everything (but cannot spam the ability with 0 Sec CD).
3. Very minor increase towards range of the Alpha skill.
And 4. Dmg mitigation while giant becomes 50-70% (and being plus ultra/chaos 'd on doesn't remove your giantification entirely but lowers the time by half of current remaining % remaining). (You can make the argument fhat those are too much and ngl you would be right. Those are just suggestions which i would consider at best.

Buffing her range would be so good and making he gain maybe like 200 extra shield and 500 health or sum like that would help a ton

I tend to buff her Gamma and Alpha quirks at the same time due to the amount of traversal Gamma adds, she's got great manoeuvrability if you know how to use it properly.
Do you have voice chat on pc or are you communicating with pings? just curious cause u guys seem fairly coordinated but there's no comms in ur vids
I also got beaten up by shooters like bakugo, deku, todoroki and endeavor whenever I giant. But now I learnt to aim the shooters first by flying kick and then later stomp. Now I easily kill anyone with giantism, feels invincible.
Fr she needs way more defense given that she’s a target for everyone to shoot at plus when she’s giant it’s not exactly the best thing as it’s hard to see people especially when you’re by the bushes
Its wild how different the game is on console. That tracking is INSANE. Mount Lady basically cant fight anyone who has abit of range and mobility, its like you should only ever get big at the end of the game when they cant run

She doesn't need buffs when her problems are share through most of the cast: "Dude that can kill you from 10 miles, can chase you and ran away from you while doing more damage than you."
I would like a defense buff and maybe an like 200-300 increase of HP when she goes big. Just to last a little longer against enemies who are sniping you a million miles away. And invulnerable frames during size changes.

U not using Mount lady right you can combo her dive kick into her foot smash when small
I'm averaging about 10k damage and 7-8 KOs with Mt Lady, the stomp is nasty since you can bait people to be near walls and still hit them through it. Just needs a defense buff on large mode, and give her slight defense on using stomp are the two things that will elevate her to bigger heights...pun intended.
Whenever she is small, I call her Hill Lady

my opinion about Mt. Lady's big form is that it's pretty good in 3v3 team fights but if you're in an all out war with more than one team you're more than likely gonna get focused by every team so i usually stay regular sized unless one of my teammates goes down or there are a lot of people in one area. i feel like her problem is less about her needing buffs and more about the strongest characters needing nerfs. her damage and area control are solid enough but she absolutely CANNOT compete with Deku or Bakugo (but who can?)

@Am4t3r4su It's suppose to gives her more of a fighting chance vs multiple teams while not making her busted to vs late game. The shield amount she gains can be low like 10 or something.
If they were to buff Mt.Lady’s defense when she’s big they’d have to shorten the duration of big form cuz fighting a character that won’t die and has her team mates funneling heals and killing guys that are targeting her will definitely not feel good
Idk how Bandai can make a good F2P game like this lol. I still learning this game and just got my first win after 7 hours 😂. I'm not mad at all when i got a lose streak, this game is so enjoyable.

Play compress please, he seems pretty bad (seeing as his only true damage is melee or his Alpha) but i’ve found that he can be pretty nasty when played in the proper team
i suggest maxing his Alpha
then lvl 4 B
then lvl 4 his escape
then max his B and Escape in that order

It all comes back to ranged DPS being way too high. Todo and Bakugo can melt you even with the defense buff

The giant form need to have frames while she’s transforming and when’s she’s coming out of it half the time I play her I get blasted to oblivion when I’m transforming or coming out of it smh
If you are getting shot down that fast as Mt lady, i'm sorry but you more then likely went giant at a poor time. It's not some get out of jail free card or free win button. You should use it when the whole team is fighting, and not any other time. It's what keeps her balanced.
@@Am4t3r4su I’m an ace rank trust me I know even in the last circle when she’s at her strongest ppl see you transform and focus on you she just need a damage reduction or singing when she’s transforming that’s the problem when you have a bakugo, deku & todoriki it’s nearly impossible to do anything going giant is her gimmick I just think they should look into that.
Her beta quirk needs bigger aoe

She isn't meant to be a DPS like some others. She is a disruptor and intimidation factor. You either target her first and ignore the teammates or you ignore her and get stomped and knocked around for doing so. She is not meant to be some solo monsters. she needs her team.

@@MrAirforce464 facts especially since mount lady in giant form her range isn’t exactly the best so as long as they stay hidden then can shoot at you and you won’t be able to find them cause you’re too big the best shot is to take an educated guess on their location based off the trajectory of the projectile they just hit you with and just use her kick to fuck that area up and pray for the best

Mount Lady hitting 60s with level 9 while so many others hit 100 with higher range.
Only ones hitting for 100 are bakugo and deku and todoroki. Most other range abilities are balanced.
@@Am4t3r4su All Might as well, as possibly Shigaraki, IDR, Compress 2 hits add up to 100, but that's less awful, should still be toned down a bit though.

Shes insane end game when the circle is small, but other parts of the game she def seems weak
She’s pretty bad in the meta when Deku and bokugo can snipe her across the map. She gets punished to much for using her special they need to double the defense on it

But also, if you don't get attention for 10 seconds, you can Guard Break an entire team alone... and then they see you BECAUSE YOU ARE BIG LIKE A KAIJU and spam trash at you
