Where did the "FILTER" go???? that's the reason I watched this video was to see where the filter went!

The filter went in the dust cup at the top so once you remove the dust cup you will see the filter

How do you unlock the head from its standing position?

You would have to step on it while tilting it back to unlock it

The 12 is actually underpowered compared to the 11 both suction power and battery power.
