  • Here I'm showing is one of our cordless machines. We bought this brand new since I believe a year ago. And this has been our 5th cordless stick vac that we've owned in this house. Our first one was a blue Bissell GoVac which I thought was trash cause it picked up poorly and the batteries didn't last for very long. The second one was a grey Shark cordless sweeper that we bought after using my grandfather's and it picked up better than the Bissell but the batteries also didn't last for very long, we tried to have them replaced but we couldn't find the parts we needed so that's what you get from a Shark product. The third one was a green Swiffer Sweeper Vac which is basically a rebranded Dirt Devil, it was alright but struggled picking up the larger debris and of course the batteries were short lived as well. And then finally just shortly before buying this one, we bought a blue stick vac similar to this one. I don't remember the name it was, but it was a very cheap model sold by Amazon. It wasn't all that impressive, so we sent it back and bought this one instead. I originally wanted to get a Dyson V8 to replace the Swiffer because I use one for my work at the office, and I really like it for a Dyson to my surprise. But the problem with Dysons, especially the V8, is that they're so expensive (not worth it in my honest opinion). I tried to find at least a refurbished one at a reasonable deal but wasn't able to. So we got this brand new from Amazon for less than $200. And overall, it's been a dependable machine for what it is. I think this is actually a Eureka because I noticed from Hompany's website that, to my surprise, they were also selling Eureka cordless stick vacs. And the model name was also previously used by Eureka. But I'm not so certain. Anyways, it's not as powerful as the Dyson but it certainly gets the job done. I forgot to show but it's hard to do with one hand anyways so there's a button on the back of the wand where you can telescope it. One thing I like better than the Dyson. I also like that the cyclones and filters are easier to clean out as well. And it doesn't die down as fast as the Dyson on high speed but I think the Dyson just needs a new battery. But I would've still preferred the Dyson cause it handles better on shredded paper, it doesn't clog up as much, and I could still find parts for it. I'm already on the lookout for a V8 at a reasonable deal because when this dies, I won't bother fixing it up as I'm sure it's already discontinued and parts would just be hard to find as this really isn't all that popular from my understanding. Despite that, my other criticism with this that's also true on the Dyson is that it gets very hot on my hand on high speed. And last but not least, the brushroll doesn't shut off when accidentally picking up some things like a shoe lace. Personally, I don't care much about cordless stick vacs. They work but they certainly can't replace a full size corded vacuum cause nothing will ever beat them, especially our central vac and it even does a better job than any cordless stick vac period. But certainly they're nice to have for quick pick ups.
    Hope you enjoyed!
