You're young, I'm old and I learned that a lot of money can be squandered buying stuff lol.
One of the reasons I chose the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello S is because it was pretty much good to go right out of the box. I just had to add a few protective items.

Does the seat cover come with those winglets on the bottom now too? I know the stock actual seat has them but anytime I’ve seen someone replace the back seat with the cover with the 2 vertical fins it loses the 2 lower ones. I like what you have on there now
