@@selfishknitter 😂😂😂 “Cloffice” You’re killing me! 😂 And Teddy is always (always!) helpful in this specific way 😉. (And from now on, I’m calling it my cloffice.)
@@mysterymouseknitting4721 I can’t take credit for “cloffice” - I think that was a new word that came out of working from home in 2020. Glad you enjoy it! 😂
It's totally the world's cutest pumpkin! I also derive great satisfaction from thematically coordinating my projects with their project bags😅 it just makes good sense, it's so much easier to keep track of my wips in their color coordinating bags!
So good to see you again! Your new office is amazing--what a fabulous idea! And the cross stitch angel--beautiful work! Thanks for a video chock full off great stuff. :)
Ok it was so adorable the way Watson was sitting there watching you! And Teddy's cameo was hilarious 😂 I love the dracula and lagoon yarns!! (I mean, the whole collection is great! But especially those two). And I love your office setup! Your comment at the end, about hating how summer has no routine, had me going "hmm, I wonder if that's why my mom had us do some schooling through the summer too 🤔.". Because she is also a person who needs a routine and struggles when it gets knocked off course by something. I think part of it was to keep us busy, and lessen the shock of back to school 😂. But I wonder if having a bit of the same routine all through the year was also for her sanity! 😂
@@bakerstknits8342 Thanks Sarah! Yes, I love routine, even though I get bored sometimes. But I’m really happiest when every week is the same (which, at this point in my life, is incredibly rare!). I’ll tell Teddy you enjoyed his appearance. He loves to drive me crazy 🤪.
Oooo Batman is so cool! Nice office! Small stash … haha inventory … I’m looking forward to getting my yarn for the book club. So excited! I read to my kids almost every night. Narnia, Little House on the Prairie- they’re mega readers now. I don’t enjoy reading at all, but I’m glad they do. God bless!
@@moiraemmcee Thanks! Yes, my inventory is small, which is great because otherwise it would never fit in my tiny office! Hope you love your book club yarn! I love Narnia and Little House! I need to do those again with my girls-they are just the right ages 💕
What a fun episode! Teddy's "cameo" was hilarious.😂 I'm excited for the All Creatures Great and Small book club and just ordered my yarn set to go with. Thanks for the peak at your new office.
I am also trying to enjoy each day and not wish anything away. I would love to have back some of the days I wished away from 2014, 2015, 2016... But fall is nice and it's hard not to be eager for it! So many cute projects. :)
Hi Holly! I love your new office! It looks so peaceful and calming! I can see you getting lots of work done in there. And Grady is just precious! I miss my boys at that age but we do have our fun little grandchildren. Your pumpkin turned out really cute……if you didn’t have to hold 3 strands together, I’d make one. I don’t enjoy more than 2 strands. I know exactly what you mean about routine. We’ve been back to school now for about 3 weeks but still had loose ends that weren’t allowing a routine. I think (hope) we are about to wrap those up. Summers are usually really busy here but this past summer was extra crazy bc we had a lot of things that depended on other people’s schedules so we were kind of in limbo for a while. I’m glad to be getting back to normal! Love James Herriot!!! Take care!
@@susansmith3264 Thanks Susan! Yes, my office has been such a blessing! I’m sure you could make the gingham pumpkin with worsted and not hold any strands together if you wanted! What an awesome episode! I’m watching it late, but I loved Teddy’s cameo, your Halloween yarn is AMAZING, and I’ll have to look out for some Batman stories that are more sensible: poorly thought through law enforcement drives me nuts in childrens stories too. ;)

Hi Holly! I love your plaid pumpkin. It's so cute! Your lion will be adorable. Since you asked about the pronunciation of Scheepjes, I'll tell you. It's Dutch, and a podcaster once explained it this way... "Skape (like skate) jes (like yes only ending with a Z sound). I hope that helps.
Just precious listening to Grady talk. Reminds me of one of my littles that is now 21 yrs old.
