I love your channel thank you to go against the modern tendencie to vegetalize the food...😢
I wanted to ask : how many fruit and vegetables do you think we can eat a day? Cause they talk about antinutrients from vegetables cereals and so on and there s also now a tendency to demonize all kind of vegetal sources! What do you think about it?

If unprocessed whole plant foods are the “worst” thing in your diet, I think you’re doing alright 😉 If you’re not struggling with any autoimmune issues like thyroid, joint pain, digestive issues, skin issues, neurological impairment then I’d eat as many unprocessed plant foods as you’d like. Leafy greens, Brussels, etc.
If you’d like (and what I prefer to do) is take it a step further and traditionally prepare my plant foods. I skin my potatoes and boil them to reduce oxalates. I fermented cucumbers into pickles and cabbage into sauerkraut. This is the way I prefer to eat my vegetables. A little bit each day of veggies is great.
