That’s a great looking watch. Cool bezel and I am a big fan of the supercompressor style. Bit big but great price. I would definitely also prefer the silver version. 🕐⚙️🍸
Burned out on diver looking watches, but this one looks fantastic. Like Trap said, love the industrial aesthetic here. I would buy this one, thanks for the review.
Hey Chris, just had a look at the C60. The difference in the finishing of the case is quite jarring in my opinion. Also not sure why they decided to increase the case diameter by 2 mm.
@@AnCar88 lol, yeah CW finishing compared to this one, there’s no real comparison. Increasing case size may be one of those distinguishing marks of a “homage”’piece to make it somewhat different from the original?
@@MirrlyonTime Hmmm, could be. A change in dial color or texture would be more striking though. Was just curious. Hmmm, maybe the CW is actually bigger than 42 as well. You measured the diameter including the hump between the crowns right? I wonder if this model is also 42 from just above the 10 minute mark to the 40 minute mark. Maybe that's how CW measure their model too?
awesome ! better than many ali homages which dont have chapter rings (looks unfinished) and alwats use the NH movements (im a citizen guy, so i prefer miyota). unfortunately,
The 8000 series of miyotas aren’t my Favourite and one of my gripes is the skipping seconds hand which does happen with this one. Love the 9000 Series of miyota movements though and I agree I wish watch makers would use more of those high beat ones over the Seiko nh
I actually like it in black better but no accounting for taste I guess. Maybe sometime you could check the accuracy of the movement on your reviews. Just a snapshot and one watch, but would give us an idea of QC from the factory? What'ya think about that idea?
Hey whit! I usually state in my Reviews how the movement is running as I use the watch tracker app, though wouldn’t be surprised if I forgot to mention that in my videos either, seems I am always forgetting something lol. FYI this movement is running 6.3 spd fast measured over 4 days
I assume it's copying a CW given the handset. personally I have no need for a compass complication. I like 3 handers, preferably with a standard timing bezel, and not much else. The carbon dial might be cool, maybe if they had gold streaking in it like some other brands have done. Never seen one in person. I like mother of pearl myself. One day I want an abalone dial.
Yes this is a copy of the C60 Lympstone, and this is definitely not a carbon dial but likely made to look like one the way the paint has been applied to it. The CW so Far as I can tell only comes in an all black pvd coated, I do like the silver stainless as shown here
Nice but…… Butterfly clasp = no micro adjust, Miyota 8215 = no hacking, textured dial not my cup of tea, how long does the lume last ? Good video……Thank you
Hey friend….good catch on the butterfly clasp that will be a gripe….this version of the 8215 does hack, the newer ones do now. It has an appearance of a textured dial but I think it’s simply the way that the paint has been applied (swirl of black and white together perhaps), and the lume unfortunately doesn’t last 10 min on the time lapse which will be another gripe. Thanks for watching Joey
@@23727bgk their is nothing uncomfortable about this clasp, it does need half links, and this one may be too small for those that have under 7 inch wrist but I wouldn’t call that the majority as even some with smaller wrists can wear this one, we’re into personal preference territory here
@@happydogg312 I hear ya, technically this isn’t listed or advertised as a dive watch but a military watch, so no need for a clasp, for example, with a diver extension, and I do not believe that it will be a 300 m diver as advertised with a push pull crown I just don’t see it or trust it for that but for swimming, well I shall put it to the test in that regard. Thank you for the unboxing of the WM157. We have officially renamed ourselves WM Watch, and in future products, we will only retain the W logo.❤
@@WMWatch you are most welcome thank you for trusting me with your watch and brand to highlight on my channel
This gives me massive tool watch vibes. Very industrial!
Yeah, that’s why I chose this one from all the offerings in the wm website, I just really dig the look of it.

Thanks friend, before you buy be sure to watch my review which includes some gripes about this watch. This was just my unboxing/overview. Thanks m8!
Can't wait for the full review only then I can fully judge the watches overall quality and value. Thanks mate. Darren from DownUnder
@@dazzlerjohnwatchman8215 my pleasure there are a couple gripes with this one but overall I think this is a decent watch stay tuned!

@@MirrlyonTime now i understand why the design looks cool, they copy it. Still seems well done.
Nice looking watch how long did the lume last ?

weird watch name
Yeah it is I think moving forward they are just calling it wm watch so perhaps newer versions will just have the logo. I’ll inquire with the owner

What model of Berny do you mean? Thanks m8
