Hi,
Everyone recovers at their own pace, be patient with yourself and listen to your body. Do not let the PT push you, if it doesn't feel right stop.
It's hard not push yourself, because you want to get back to your normal. Just go easy, give your body time to heal, any surgery is a shock to your system. Wishing your a great recovery!

What kind of Hip Surgery did you have? I just had a Hip replacement 5 days ago and started walking with a cane today.
