@@AppleTricksOfficial Doing a soft reset, unfortunately this fix will only work for a short period,my iPad Air 3 has this problem every time I do a soft reset and or a complete reset (factory default) the problem will reappear.
I never even knew about that method for soft reset. My ipad air 4 was not responding and I could not shut it off with a swipe due to the screen being unresponsive. Thank you for the help!
I tried soft resetting it and the problem still occurs. It happens when I use more than 1 hand on touch screen and it does not register the touch sometime or the touch stops half way. But it does not happen all the time but once every few minutes.
Hi Queen King, If you are facing touch sensitivity, it can be caused by the screen protector, you can remove it, and try, it often fixes the issue, if it is not the problem, You can give your iPad a hard reset, it often fixes the issue.

Hi Garima Bisht, If the software is downloaded to your Laptop, but it is not extracting to iPad, Remove the iPad, then connect it to PC and Put it in the recovery mode again and this time restore the software. It should fix the issue.

Hi վᏠᴢᏠ, Some screenprotectors does cause screen sensitivity, so while using screen protector, you need to keep in mind, which one does not cause problem with your iPad.
I removed mine without luck, I finally tried to just remove the folio cover as a last resort and since I did, it has worked flawlessly so in my case it was the magnets I think, maby all cases? Not sure Ofc but I've tried all kinds of things both thoose mentioned here and things I've read from serval Google searches which didn't help either but now finally it's gone and now for a couple of weeks and it has never before worked such long period of time with any of the other solutions I've found at the internet. So if you are using folio cover it might be worth trying and if not then all i can say is: Darn apple and their way to expensive faulty ipad pro's......

Hi happy BLACKOUT, Have you tried the ways shown in the video, Usually it it get stuck all of a sudden, it mainly happens if any software crashes, you can give it a force restart or soft reset, it should fix the issue. If it doesn't, to rule out any software damage you can do a hard reset of the iPad. If it also doesn't work, it could be a hardware issue of your iPad, and you would need to take to Apple Service Center.

Same thing happened to me. I babied this thing. It was never dropped and it was in a case. It was my first apple product. Of course it was out of warranty. Fortunately, I can use a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard for basic stuff but all the apps were developed for touch of course. So, at least I end up with a very nice multimedia laptop of sorts but this will be my first and last apple device I buy. I agree, it's some kind of design flaw. If I ever get another tablet, it will be a surface pro next time unless Samsung comes out with a good writing capability. The iPad pro was nice while it worked just over the year I had it so I feel the sting just like you.

I never got it fixed unfortunately, but I found the culprit though, it's the smart folio covers because of the magnets, so I removed it (or removes it when the problem occurs) & haven't had any problems with it since, that goes for both the last 2 gens of ipad pros and the newer iPad air 4th generation. But it's very bad that ppl buy this smart cover for around 80 - 100$ & yet they cant use it without problems in the longer run (It's especially when the unit gets warm😐😕)

Hi Jaleb Jaba, If you have iPad Pro 2nd gen, After you connect you iPad to PC Press and hold the Home button and Power Button until you see the iTunes logo. then follow the same process as the video. it should fix the issue.
