I love the kitchen cabinets, would need a pantry, beccause that's not enough cabinets definitely need a built in microwave, I do NOT prefer for a microwave to sit on the counter top taking up space not paying a lot of $$$ for that, I love the separation of the living room & dining room, the outlet between the laundry room & primary suite is the place to put your hamper. The house is ok....

That's a great short cut to the laundry room from the master bedroom closet. Personally I would make the doors hidden just for the fun of it.
OMG❤❤❤❤❤ I absolutely love this place! I really love the little walk way from the utility room to the master bedroom closet. I also love that tub in the ensuite bathroom. It's just another layout that I absolutely adore. Also, I really love them 2 shelves separated from the living area & the dining area.
Why do I need a secret door into....what? I love the idea, if it takes me somewhere cool.

Hi Tim! Get rid of that mirror by the master tub!!! 😂 I skinny person must of put that there. 🙄 The house is really nice. I like a separate diningroom, and Still an eating area in kitchen. Master shower could be upgraded. That's it for me. Thank you for the tour!
Nice floor plan and I like the open kitchen living room dining room design with the pillars separating the areas without separating the line.
Since you asked, I don't like the visible marriage line in the floor because it's a trip hazard and it looks like they weren't able to figure out how to get things level. Some manufacturers know how to do it so there's no reason the others couldn't take the extra step to make it even.
I'm pretty sure that secret passage is just a place to keep your clothes to make it easier to get the clothes to the laundry.

You got me from "Hello!" on this one, but it would look better with log cabin siding! I know that my fiancé would love the garden tub because I sure did! It's only missing the jets! The price is ok and it's not so big, unlike the other homes that you have shown on your other channel! Anywho, thanks for sharing another great tour with us and also your amazing humor 😂! Hello Timothy. Very nice home! Good video. I like this place. Of course there would be some changes I'd make.
Need a Gas Fireplace in Living Room. Smaller island and wheels on it. A few other changes in the Kitchen too; lighter cabinets, don't need a dishwasher, different sink. Don't need two dinning areas. I think I'd turn part of the Nook into a Pantry, but not really sure. I like the formal Dining Room though. Grandma's China Cabinet would fit nicely on that accent wall. I'd turn a couple guest bedrooms into my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, but again, I don't know which two. Husband needs a GYM too. So we'd need to add that in order to have one bedroom AS a Guest Bedroom. The Utility Room is okay, just have to put in a different door to replace the barn door. We'd build a Garage outside that back door, with a Storage unit in it. The Master Bedroom is very nice. Love the closet being in the bedroom instead of the bathroom! Like that through space for laundry too. But I'd need to replace the pretty tub with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. The commode area looked like there was room to sit without hitting the sides with plenty of leg room. But the shown shower is too small. It looks like it might be bigger than the commode space, so I might put the commode where the shower is shown. And where the commode is shown, have a linen closet built. Have to actually see the place to decide. Carpets in the living room and the bedrooms and the sitting area in the Library. Porches around the place to the garage. Some porches enclosed and some just covered.
Again nice place and good video, Timothy. Still a lot of changes even though I like the place. Most of the changes are minor, with only a few major ones. God bless you and your family Timothy.
Secret passage? I believe that’s where you put your laundry hamper so you don’t have to carry it through the house to wash your clothes.
It's always nice to have some sort of enclosed porch at the entry.
I'm not a fan of doors that open into one another though, as the front door does with the entry coat closet door, in the event that they are opened at the same time.
Beautiful home, but I don't like the wire racks in the closets. I really like the home.
If you were adding a basement where would the door go ?
Of course I understand the concept of heat rises but I hate HVAC vents in the floor. Step on one barefoot once and then you'll know why. Or have a kid drop some chocolate candy or pour something liquid down in there and try to clean it out.
All you need is a ceiling fan on low, blowing one way in the summer and the other way in the winter to circulate the hot or cold air where it's needed.
And basement on 1garage
Every house around here always has frosted glass in the bathroom. Don't they ever do that in manufactured homes ? Or is that just another way to charge for an upgrade ?

I gave you a thumb's up because I appreciate you taking the time to make all these videos for our enjoyment and to inform us what all is available. I did not like this particular house. Wire shelves, low to the floor toilets, no drawers in bathroom, too much floor space devoted to dining. Price is way up there too.

The pass through would obviously have shelving in it, so you can put towels and sheets in it for storage, but what a stupid place to put it; instead of into the bathroom. 🥴
The entrance into the laundry room being smack in the middle of the wall in the dining area is absolutely stupid and that's where this home totally lost I for me , too bad I liked the living room and dining room for formal dining and the extra dining space for informal/breakfast table.
Don't get me started on heat vents in floor or wall or ceiling, what I have to say would put you on your ear about the myth of why they are or are not some where as opposed to another depending on part of country that would blow that whole B.S. OUT of the water besides educate on how bad And disgusting floor vents are.
So much WASTED SPACE. NO place to put your groceries. A BIG XXXXX.
