I stumbled upon this channel because of this video. This is really interesting and a lot of the people here have already stated this.. ang galing nga how you can maximize such a small space. However, I think there's too much mirror. Maybe because sa liit nga ng space, dinamihan yung mirrors and lights. I personally could go for less of it but that's just me. One of the things I noticed is the bedroom. The owner obviously isn't superstitious because according to Feng Shui, you shouldn't put a mirror in front of your bed. I'm also not into Feng Shui but I wouldn't put a mirror in front of my bed because I don't want to see myself with my just-woke-up face. There's a lot more to be said regarding how the interior was designed but they are more of a personal preference. I do like how this unit has been designed, it just wouldn't fit my taste. It really is a challenge how to put more into something so compact and at the same time not feel so constrained. And before I end my comment, I just want to say na ang yummy ni architect. I would probably be onsite all the time just to see him work. Since this is just the first video I saw from this channel, I am not sure if it's been shown in the other videos but I do like watching the technicalities behind the built so hopefully meron nun sa ibang videos. I'm subscribing to this channel which as of this comment is at 38k subscribers.

Ang kaso po, hindi po ba mahal ang salaminto begin with? Iniisip ko kasi baka may budget lang talaga yung nagpagawa kaya it was possible to fill everything with mirrors, e pano kung wala? What if limited budget? Kaya pa rin ba mag mirrors all the way like this and make it as nice as this? Thanks for answering :)
Kung sino man maging architect mo in the future’ just tell him / her your budget para ma assess niya kung saan papasok na materyales yung budget mo 😊 part yun ng planning. For this project dito pumasok ang budget ni client. Always remember iba iba tayo ng definition ng mahal at mura. May mga bagay na mahal para sa iba at mura naman sa iba. At the end of the day’ ang tanong lang is happy ka ba? Or satisfied ka sa ginastos mo 😊

Malabo sa 400k po yan, sa ganyan kaganda. Yung ibang unit nila around 800k, sinasabi po ni arch pero grabe din kaganda design.
Long & narrow flats are hard to arrange. You did great, made the place feel bigger than actually is.
