Located in F-6/1, the project is a challenging one Kanal house on a unique 40’ x 120’ plot. The 7-bed house features two courtyards and a large double-height living area with several nooks and points of interest. The key feature of the façade is the yellow brick cladding, along with large rotating louvers that cover the first floor. While it appears deceptively simple from the outside, the interior is a treasure trove of architectural details. A defining feature of the interior is the unique marble and brass flooring that changes color and shape as it travels through different spaces of the house. Staying true to the initial brief, the architect has delivered a spacious yet comfortable interior, which is personalized to the client’s lifestyle, combining creative outdoor spaces with artwork, natural light and sculptural furnishings. We hope that visitors will appreciate the attention to detail that has gone into each space and element, making this a truly contemporary Pakistani house.

the biggest mistake they did was the floor with black gold white cheveron, if they had stuck with a natural wood shade with
herringbone this would have taken it to another level
