I have thought about what the combo system in these games would look like if all four weapons could be equipped. It'd be easy to support the input style on modern controllers and keyboards. You are right, though; Zero's already devastatingly powerful with just two weapons equipped.
The delay control is somewhat the hardest to grasp from the variety of people I watched. The variants of slashing and poking is more often easier said than done, but once the tempo sets in, it’ll come as a second nature.
The whole idea of managing your attacking tempo is a tough thing to grasp, especially since it's barely present in the other games. I certainly need to work on it more, but you're right that with enough practice, consistency can be achieved.
Another day, another combo video. Speaking of which, do you like posting and uploading videos with pure perfectionism or that kind of high standards skill level? In a way of seriousness or playing the game just for fun?
I'd say that I trend toward the skill-intensive side of things for sure. I suppose the way that I analyze things does seem serious, but I do still enjoy the process of coming up with the idea for a challenge and then putting it together.
@@leongyuhinleong Not particularly. For example, the previous video where I beat Craft with the Water Gun took over a month of recording attempts spaced out so as not to become overwhelming. In that time, I decided to research a bunch of other ideas to work on at the same time so that I'd still have things to post. So even when attempting very difficult things, I have ways of mitigating the potential stress.
0:10 that's just so sick
It's always a good time when you can find a way to sneak in a pogo.
This right here is why Zero can't wield all four weapons at once.

Agreed, in a more complex game like Devil May Cry, it will be easier done in MMZ games.
The delay control is completely eliminated in hard mode (lol).

Goddamn this was so freaking cool to watch. ._.
Thank you! I tried my best to devise a combo route that would be suitably efficient and entertaining.

@@DZ-Three I see. But do you get stress out or anxious a lot if things don't go your way?

Ah nice! I like that attitude coming from you. You have great potential of never giving up and always striving to get better. 👍
