Freminet's kit is really fun to play with but as usual Hoyo butchered his damage output 😂 aside from that I'm still mad that the trio siblings kit has no synergies with each other. It would have been fun to have them all in one team

I disagree with everyone saying he’s “one of the playable characters of all time” because he can absolutely put in some work if you build him right. Definitely gonna be trying to make him stronger because I love this frosty little penguin assassin.
I've been using him physical build. 4pc pale flame, 3* R5 Skyrider Greatsword, 8-8-4 talents, and 50.5 crit rate/172 crit dmg. With Bennett only he does 55k skill last hit. I don't have vv which if I had i reckon would increase his DMG, max talents would increase his DMG significantly too I'm just sitting at 8 for now as I'm building other characters too. It is sad not many guides on yt mention 3* weapons as options. The Skyrider Greatsword works good, although I've been using it for quite a while now ever since freminet released, so now as of currently I'm farming starsilvers and blue rocks to craft R5 Snow Tombed Starsilver because I feel like giving my beloved Freminet a new claymore he can play with.
Hi Zy0x, the initial hit of Freminet's skill outside of his burst generates 2 cryo particles and inside his burst generates 1 particle. Would doing skill -> burst -> combos be better because of the prefunneling for lower ER requirements and the skill cd reset from his burst? I'm not sure if I missed something in the video about this other than at 6:53.
A very important point is that a cryo dps will protect dendro from over reacting with hydro while also spend electro in superconducts for more consistent aggrevates. So in theory, he is the best driver for the Nahida Xingqiu Kuki team by ultilizing both hydro and electro while optimizing dendro reactions
Kinda conflicted on if the snowtomb starsilver is worth getting to R5 for him, freminet is the first physical damage dealer whose play style I actually enjoy and I do want an excuse to use Mika in a team.
Try using skyrider greatsword R5 instead, it's a very synergystic weapon and at R5 is comparable to r1 starsilver. However it's a non-wish 3star from Liyue, so you have to make sure you didn't use it to level other weapons.

sad the siblings cant really be played together or else youll struggle, wouldve liked a silly passive when any of the siblings are in a team together they get a 5% atk increase since lynette can be nice to play with either freminet and lyney + the 3 just like atk

He's really fun, and he does decent damage. All of the Fontaine characters have been solid so far. You can't just call him a three star when Dori exists 💀
R5 Skyrider greatsword is also something to consider for physical, a good phys dmg bonus statstick with a synergistic passive for his physical playstyle
i use frem with furina, bennett and charlotte now. honestly, he hits like a truck with his e, like consistent ~70k. i love all phys characters except eula
All i learned in this video is that hyper boom is just bull shit. Seriously what was hoyo thinking. Arguably a way to strong reaction, now hopefully characters will release that balance the scales a bit for older reactions

My current team is c6 physical freminet, with xingqiu, c6 rosaria (for physical shred and as a battery for freminet) and zhongli. Its been working for me, is there any improvements i could make?
Yeah I realized there's too much compromise in a double element unit like this. If you want superconduct, then you'll want quicken or Hyer bloom, but then that spells no melt or vape. Eula has this problem as well, but an idea I thought for her was to isolate dendro application (so no Nahida), the team essentially being Eula, Xiangling or bennett then nearly any electro unit and Tighnari or Alhaitham. Freminet being on the field too long is a detriment as well, as he wouldn't function as well in this team described. Another team is Frem, Kuki, Bennett and Furina, and build Kuki for healing, then equip Ocean Hued clam and then the dmg benefits from SC. Also the Chongjun team is silly, since you're losing a whole slot that could feature Xiangling or Xingqui.
Can you do an assessment full cryo of Freminet with Chongyun / Kuki / Xinqui (sp?) ? It doesn't have to be the most optimal team as dendro is missing, but once it's viable then it's good. I would assume the combo would need to change to, maybe inside Chong's skill, it would be frem Skill x2, NA infused, repeat on CD? Would it then be better to run this build on sheminawa as to not be prioritizing his burst etc.

I'm honestly at a Loss As whether to Build Him Full Cryo or Just Physical. That same Exact Issue is why I've never built my Eula Either. I'm not good at Building Characters unless they're like Suoer Straightforward so I've never quite gotten the Hang of which one is Better of the Options
i mean for characters that scale off of their attack stat like Eula, it's pretty simple, atk% sands, goblet of the damage type they do (in Eula's case, physical) and a crit rate circlet unless you have so much crit rate in your subs and weapons that you can run a crit damage circlet instead...you want as much crit and ER as you can get in your substats....for HP scaling damage dealers (Yelan, Hu Tao) it's the same thing just use an HP sands, for def scaling damage dealers (Itto, c6 Noelle), same thing just use a def% sands
I really, really love Freminet, but from the moment I heard he was "physical," I didn't expect too much. I mean, I don't expect anything from my favorite 4 stars anymore (Kaveh TvT). Seeing his kit and being able to play him in the test run was really fun, more fun that I expected. But yeah, as expected, his damage output is too low. I wish he was a physical support instead, as 4* dps characters won't be able to compete with 5* anyway. But I'll still build him ofc. I hate that The Bell isn't even good for him, so I'll just go with the best one that kinda looks good on him - Serpent Spine. Doesn't look as good as The Bell tho. :')

Yo Zyox, is the Golden Troupe set better for Tartaglia than than 4 wanderers?
I dont think his skill mode counts as skill damage so golden troupe is I think pretty much useless
4 wanderers is cursed as hell man just do HOD / nymph / 2pc hydro 2pc atk
Childe is on field so you aren't even using the full passive on GT. 4pc wanderers also isn't necessary since you don't spam charged attacks on him.

I'm honestly at a Loss As whether to Build Him Full Cryo or Just Physical. That same Exact Issue is why I've never built my Eula Either. I'm not good at Building Characters unless they're like Suoer Straightforward so I've never quite gotten the Hang of which one is Better of the Options
i mean for characters that scale off of their attack stat like Eula, it's pretty simple, atk% sands, goblet of the damage type they do (in Eula's case, physical) and a crit rate circlet unless you have so much crit rate in your subs and weapons that you can run a crit damage circlet instead...you want as much crit and ER as you can get in your substats....for HP scaling damage dealers (Yelan, Hu Tao) it's the same thing just use an HP sands, for def scaling damage dealers (Itto, c6 Noelle), same thing just use a def% sands

I really, really love Freminet, but from the moment I heard he was "physical," I didn't expect too much. I mean, I don't expect anything from my favorite 4 stars anymore (Kaveh TvT). Seeing his kit and being able to play him in the test run was really fun, more fun that I expected. But yeah, as expected, his damage output is too low. I wish he was a physical support instead, as 4* dps characters won't be able to compete with 5* anyway.
But I'll still build him ofc. I hate that The Bell isn't even good for him, so I'll just go with the best one that kinda looks good on him - Serpent Spine. Doesn't look as good as The Bell tho. :')

not really. Fischl is really strong but her skill will be focusing on the enemies and will mostly not shoot at the blooms to react hyperbloom.
yes but you specifically need xingqiu dendro traveler and probably sucrose with protoamber for f2p friendly, c0 kuki is better tho

But could i rplace Chongyun and Kazuha with Qiqi and Sucrose for my Cryo Freminet? Im going with Qiqi because I don't have chongyun or shen but also because I could use Protable Power Saw's passive to give him more EM, but I'm not sure if it will increase my damage efficiently. (And the only other cryo i have is an unbuilt Kaeya 🫠)
