I have done a lot of these columns for about 8 years now. I use the technique mostly for natural products isolation; it is rather trickier with crude plant extracts than synthetic work-ups. I have never looked back since the day I saw your blog, Curlyarrow, back in 09. On a lighter note that forearm on curlyarrow is beefier :).
