Hey Nick, I love the look of those gelatin cakes. But do they actually taste good? One that looked especially nice was a koi pond with cake on the bottom, mousse in the middle, and gelatin on the top. I'm just skeptical if a bunch of gelatin would taste good to someone over 10 years old. I'd love to see your take on the gelatin cakes if it's worth it.
