Really nice to showcase in the intro where you are :) Grepp is such a top notch gym, we are quite blessed to have that route setting even at lower grades. Hope to se you there again and again :)
So they don't really have grades in the gym, it's only colored based. I might've sandbagged a bit hehe, I guess the range is probably around V4-V7, and maybe that one was more like V6-7. The first yellow was V4 imo though
Cheers homie! I might compete at one or two this year, but only bouldering and that’s at most what I’d do. I’m not actually sure yet 😅 it would be Prague or brixen if I went
Hey I liked the music you have playing in the background of your climbing video. I did some digging and Found a partial version called Futures feat. Deraj by Roary. It is not the full version of the song. How do I get a hold of the whole song?
Quite a lot, probably more than it should. Hard to put a number, but I guess I drop around 30-40% max power regularly, and I’m not sure why to be honest. But it always comes back quickly. Anecdotally it seems to me that others at a high level don’t see the same fluctuations.
@Emil Abrahamsson interesting. Seems like something you would need to baseline test on a regular basis to get a better idea of actual power vs perceived power... Probably not worth testing but would be interesting to see results.
The last one looked so fun. Huge respect to the creative route setters!
I first read your t-shirt as "Stranger than we were yesterday", which I actually like better.

That final yellow boulder looked like so much fun. Would love going to a gym with such fabulous setting.

I want that t-shirt! Where can I get one? :)
Haha unfortunately it's one I made for my brother's 30th birthday, and a matching one for me
Thank you for the answer! Appreciate your work :) and idea for t shirt is spot on :)
Yeah sometimes the energy just isn’t there, and next time out it is…. Great feeling!
where is the tshirt from?
That last one kinda feels like a mean v4 tho.
Yeah, big moves with poor feet. Really did look vicious for V4.

Some of those were monster boulders :o
Emil, what song is playing at 3:16 ? sounds like a banger, or anyone else know?
Love to watch your videos. Do you still compete in worldcups or don’t you?
Cheers homie!

Thanks for sharing the sound :) I got it now.

how much does your strength oscillate week to week? if you had to give it a number in % change?

those wooden climb down holds (I assume they are that) look a bit dangerous.. Would not wanna get caught on one while falling!
like any protuding holds
Why didn’t you do the wiener hold boulder we saw at the end? Looks like a sexy climb! 😂 10:28
First!!
Welcome, congrats, and thanks for watching!
