In fact when Freddie passed, Brian May offered the lead for Queen, however at the time he didn’t want to leave his family! It would have required extensive time away from his family! It was marvelous and one of the best memories I have! Nobody, and I mean nobody could command the audience like Freddie! The talent of every one of those men is exceptional. Sadly, Freddie also passed on my B-day 10 years later in 1991. I play their song Who Wants to Live Forever and light a candle every year. It lit the 41st one on Nov 24, 2022. Glad I checked this out. New sub.

Queen's amazing talent started long ago, check out "White Queen" Odeon, Hammersmith 1975 This song was written by Brian May and it's about his shyness in college and how afraid he was to talk to her and letting a girl he was quite smitten with get away. When there are ratings of best guitarist the top three always are Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page and Stevie. They alternate spots but, those are the three GOATS. Three Goats because not just one was. They were the three greatest.
Montreal was a fun city back then, city of my childhood, Montreal Forum, Atwater metro station on the green line. Knew this city from A to Z back then from mid 80's till mid 00's cauze it did changed so much since.
