Hello EEDC please I have a query, in the apartment I Live where each flat has their own personal metre and it's unfortunate that only my metre do enter tamper mode regularly and that of others hardly get into tamper mode, for years now it has been like this and it's tiring to be asking for Tamper code all the time so I don't know if this can be fixed... I'll appreciate your response.

If your meter is the 070 meter type, then it is a fault with that meter. Our suggestion will be to get a new meter through our MAP metering scheme. Regards
Two things cause token rejection. One, if you enter the token wrongly by mixing up one or two numbers. Secondly, if the token was purchased with a wrong meter number. Kindly check. I hope this helps
I have similar issue, my token is correct, my KCT is correct because I got it from my electricity provider and my Meter number used to purchase is also correct, as a matter of fact I had to purchase another token with my prepaid meter number and it keeps showing REJECT

NO DATA means the CIU (Customer Interface Unit) is not paired with your meter. Pairing depends on your meter type. Power on your CIU, and follow the steps below: For meter numbers starting with 0101; replace 0101 with 5258, input the rest of the numbers, leave out the last number and press enter/send. For meter numbers starting with 450 or 460, simply input the meter number and press send.
Incompetent company! Anyhow people! Imagine you guys are servicing South East but still lacks the proper connect channels for fixing issues relating to peoples power supply, as in the case of the CIU Meter.
