Why your prepaid meter is rejecting your token and how to fix it.

Hello everyone, if for any reason you still can't get your KCT numbers, then follow these few steps.
Step 1: Log in to the AEDC (NEPA) website.
Step 2: Tap on the 3 dash (lines) at the top right.
Step 3: Tap on TID Rollover.
Step 4: Tap on Verify Meter Status.
Step 5: Input your meter number, and your KCT numbers will show.

Just did mine now in Kano State (KEDCO). Exactly as you said, step by step (instead of Abuja, I went to KEDCO Web page) and i just loaded the KCT 1&2. And then my Tokens. I worked Sister.

Hi, please check my 📌 comment and follow the steps, then compare the first KCT number to confirm if it's the same as the one you had gotten. If you have further issues, kindly visit the nearest NEPA office to you.
