Hello. Usually outstanding comes from your old analog meter which usually sits on the disco company 's billing platform. You may be able to get it from the point of buying your energy token if the vending platform is provided with that information which may or may not be printed on the print out. Sometimes, it is printed out showing your minimum payable. The best way is to get it from the source which is you disco energy provider.
