The paper flowers your mother made are amazing!!!!! Love that they are so neutral... and look so real. I adore brass lamps with black shades. I recently found a double arm french style one at my thrift shop and it came with the little shades for $15.00!!! One of my favorite thrift finds of all time. The sweet paper hand towels in the bathroom are so charming. My girlfriend has a whole set of them for all the seasons. Every time I am at her house, I tell her they are too pretty to use once and throw away.... so I don't. Can't wait to see how you decorate this new home for the holidays. I am sure your mind is already full of great ideas.

The swan is even more beautiful in person. It is one of my favorite things that I purchased this year. It’s there to stay for a while.

I would totally do that but my husband likes his TVs low. That why it’s not above a fireplace or on a normal stand. Compromise
