My favorite is the husbands desk in the closet with the window. What an incredible use of space. The moody color ,as well as the kitchen color and design really make an impact. And of course the fireplace is everything, along with the amazing ball chandalier.

What is the rent on an apartment like this one?
One bedroom on Park Avenue with all appliances (even a washer and dryer!) does not come cheap. Probably $5,000+ per month.
I wanted to watch this but the camera was so shaky that it made me feel dizzy. This has never happened in other Homeworthy videos I've watched.
