Loved this video. Your haul......amazing. I favor the reindeer over the Santa cookie jar. Can't wait to watch you work your magic with all these terrific finds!
1st time viewer. Just told my husband we could be best friends based on the joy you receive from Christmas shopping. I have an obsessive need to find vintage items & home goods is my happy place. Fabulous finds. Have a blessed thanksgiving. Thanks🙂
Hi Melody!! Love all the decor hail!! The poinsettia glasses match the dishes etc that KMart had many years ago. I have the same set that I got about 25 or so years ago. 😊❤️
Hi. First time visiting your channel and we are definitely kindred spirits. I love all the items you showed. The reindeer and the Santa remind me of Fitz and Floyd items, with a much more affordable price. I loved the reindeer on the silver tray much better than Santa. Looking forward to your next video. Thanks.
You might try stenciling a pattern in blue on a white urn. Just a thought. Oh. My. WORD! You gave me a good belly laugh … serving Santa’s head on a silver tray. 😂😂😂
I savour each season , so never start Christmas decorating til after honoring Thanksgiving with all its fall splendor and colors and aromas and tastes, and a table surrounded by family. The day after is my time to really get into the Christmas spirit. The gorgeous silver trophy pedestal bowl is stunning!!!! What a beautiful shape and size. For the broken urn... I would stuff Styrofoam into the broken spaces. Then add wood putty over the top till it dries. Then paint to match.n I also got the tarnished silver footed large tray at my goodwill years ago. I also have the matching round one. I style the round one as a centerpiece with a mamma and baby reindeer laying in a bed of greens with some faux snow and baby pine cones. And of course a small red glowing votive candle. Love all your treasures. It is so fun collecting all these wonderful treasure.
I love the haul and I can’t wait to see your Christmas videos but in the mean time I think you should use the dear,he’s cute but I definitely think you should keep Santa on one counter and the salt and pepper with a plate on a stand or something but I would keep both .I went to HomeGoods and didn’t find anything like them ,they are so pretty .I did laugh with you though ,Lol and then I laughed at you laughing so hard .I’ve always wanted a goose like that and I love the tree and your right ,that would be a great DYI I absolutely want to try .Great haul !
I love the reindeer on your tray. Your goose is such a great find!! I found a red plaid tartan wool blanket for $15 that I love. Thanks for the fun and creative video.
Looks like you had a fun time doing this video...you cracked me up laughing at Santas head on a silver platter...maybe dont wanna traumatize my grandson if he sees it displayed that way...lol. im sure youll figure something out
I love the tree skirt you picked out. That rich-looking velvety red looks great! I am finding myself not using the tree collar this year. They are nice but, I hate that I can't stuff presents deep under my tree with those collars. Plus I want to do retro/traditional this year for my theme so I ordered a new tree skirt off of Amazon.
I just loved every thing you bought. I just can’t wait to see your styling, I loved it all! Oh, I really loved the reindeer, I voted that beautiful piece
The broken urn….. fill in the broken area with air dry clay & when dry …..paint!! Love the huge bell!! Great haul!……new subscriber here! I absolutely love love everything especially the huge reindeer!
@@loripowell7654 Omg!!! Love that idea and if it fails moss. Ty so much and welcome. You should definitely watch the home goods and junkstock so many good finds.
Me again one year l used a cardboard box and put wood look peel and stick on it it looked great to put the tree bottom the tree in it!he’s a Canada goose!
That was a fun video. I’ll never be able to look at a Santa head cookie jar the same way! I thrifted a similar silver tray last week but paid $20. It’s heavy with ornate handles and edges. Took hours to clean but so worth it and will put my white trees and houses on it. I have a blue and white planter that’s currently empty. The opening is maybe 10 inches so a small tree would be the best bet. Great idea. Wishing you and your family happy holidays.

Love your finds. Your Home Goods CR Collection finds look a lot like Fitz and Floyd - very vintage
I love the Santa for your island

Wow!!! That detailed teapot is everything! 😂 I don’t polish any of my silver - I love the tarnish ❤ I love seeing it wear its history ❤❤❤
Yeah I put it off but it’s starting to turn blue

You can buy some blue and white napkins and decoupage those onto a white planter. I love the idea of putting the moss on the broken urn.
Your moss idea is great for the urn! Good price on the goose!

I love to have the tree up before Thanksgiving but wait till after Thanksgiving to decorate the house. It just adds a nice cozy touch to our dinner. 😊

This video was so enjoyable and you gave me great ideas! Definitely ditch the idea of Santa’s head on a platter! 😂😂❤️

I go for the deer ,b/c it's not expected as much in the kitchen as a Santa cookie jar is.

@@cathymonck3726 ❤️ that!!
I vote for the Deer.
You might be able to decoupage blue and white napkins onto a white pot to get the look you want. You could buy a small pot and test it out first.
15:05 I made a video at Home Goods, where I show this vintage salt and pepper shakers. In person this set looks so beautiful.
You look lovely with out makeup

Try ketchup it works great on silver!
I like the tree skirt
Use the red velvet tree skirt. No contest. Camille
My vote was for the deer until you described Santa on the silver platter. I laughed so hard and would like to change my vote to Santa lol.
😂
Girl please try use them together they are both absolutely stunning!!!
@@jjpg3919 I’m going to try 😍
ROSS. Go to Ross Dress for Less. They always have blue and white urns and planters and vases.
The deer looks better on the tray and you are hilarious
I vote Santa Clause!!!!!
That is a moose. It’s okay because it is a very nice moose.
Lol 😂 oh
I hate to burst your bubble but it is a moose not a deer. It’s still pretty. Gayle
Yeah someone told me it’s ok he’s staying 🤣🥰
