I had a realization the other day. that whatever I want I always get. Even before I ever knew about manifesting I would have a desire in my heart for something and I always got it. It wasn't from thinking I had it or even trying to get it, it just comes to me from desiring it.
this is so true
Letting go means trust in the fact, that the desire is already mine. Letting go is knowing, that I am loved. Not needing anything to change, everything is a reflection of me. Be easy and trust. My SP is choosing me over and over again. I am love, I am incredible. I choose myself, I show up for myself constantly and I am in the best relationship of my life. I am shown up for from my SP each and every day. I am beautiful, I am feeling loved now and every day of my life.

As difficult as this self-realization/acceptance journey has been at times, I am so damn proud of myself for sticking with it and how far I’ve come so far. Every day is better and exciting and full of love because *I* make it that way for myself and that feels incredible. So thank you, Shelly, for being here to hold my hand through it. 😊

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

So I usually have no problem with letting go and have never chased anyone. How do we know when we’re letting go because we feel whole and loved versus letting go through ego and self-protection? I feel my issue is letting go so easily, finding a reason to push away.Sometimes I feel I’m too comfortable with my own company
I love this lesson! But I always feel conflicted with this concept because how do you balance this with techniques to help saturate our subconscious and embodying the state? For instance, if I'm consciously manifesting my SP, even if I feel confident and know I'm worthy, but I'm still doing scripting and imaginal acts for instance, aren't these conflicting in nature? I'm re-watching this several times and hoping something clicks, but would love some clarity as well!
I thought you would jump out of the screen how you explain from all of your heart. :) You should do a course on wholeness.
I thought letting go meant imagining and then not focusing at all on the desire.. That's how many teachers interpret it.

Yes, I have let go of the outcome regarding my SP and surrendered all expectations to the Universe here. I am NOT chasing her, and I'm not desperate whatsoever. I know what's coming my way, because I'm manifesting that shit into reality.

Shelly ty❤ I’m stuck rt here. Earlier, I was stuck in narc equations, learning what it is n leaving it took years. I’m single from then, waiting for a emotionally healthy man to appear. It feels very lonely. How do I let go of this too & be fulfilled on my own. I know I’m in lack!!
Letting go to me is when you feel like your desire has happened and you don't need to manifest. I guess a person knows when they get tired of manifesting. I can't detach because I want it to happen and I want it sooner than later. What if something happens and one of us has to move. We have no way of getting in touch. Will she forget about me and just go on with life? I just wish she wasn't so cautious or so wrapped up in other things that she doesn't make getting to know me a priority.
I never had issues with attachment/desperate for love bc my self concept is relationship or a man doesnt definisi me as a person/woman. Also, thanks to my Loving, happy childhood. However, i must admit that i do get triggered very strongly when my SP talks about or spend time with other females. I guess its so normal to be jealous, but i would make such a huge deal about it & overreact. Idk where that comes from coz im always a calm, confident person ha-ha. So now ive learned from Your vids a new affirmation for myself: I love & admire & respect myself MORE than i love & admire him. And if he wants me, he will continue to stay or else he’ll Find his way out. Either way, im goooodddd with or without him haha. So im not bothered with any 3rd Party anymore!

Hi Shelly, I have the feeling that If I am not telling to him that I am in love with him maybe I will lose the love of my line. He is in another relationship and he has a child also but I know he has feelings deep feelings inside for me. I could feel it for most than 8 months.
Ok I don’t know if I could get this answered. I’ve been seeing your videos on repetitive actions of manifesting. What is the difference between “set it and forget it” and to this where you say to repeat the manifestation? Just so I could be more aware of what I’m about to embark in trying to get this SP to come back.
But what techniques can help let go?
Does letting go means i have to stop doing manifestation techniques (journaling, visualization, subliminals, etc)? I noticed that i am becoming obsess waiting for my manifestation to happen and it starts to torture me mentally. I want to stop doing daily manifestation without giving up whatever i'm trying to manifest. I just dont want to think about it too much.
I’m struggling with letting go and not being resentful of my partner and even myself.
I’m my relationship I’ve been the “chaser and needy” one and I see now how I’ve deprived our relationship of connection and intimacy that I truly desire. And when it comes to putting the focus back on me, I just wanna treat my partner like shit. I wanna be like “you chase me now. You come get me.” And withhold my love and affection for this pride that comes up.
I’m having trouble overcoming this pride that comes up. Has anyone else dealt with this? How can put the focus back on me while still treating my partner lovingly?
I love her dearly and miss her but she needs to miss me a little more. Hopefully that will be the case since we haven't seen each other for 2 months which feels like 2 years to me.

If we are living in the end with our specific person, we are happy and together with her in our daydreams,so why we need to let her go???? I am not looking at the 3d events, I felth happy with her. I know we are together. I am not missing her, because she is with me. I am not feel incomplete. So what is the problem, why we need to let her go? Selflove and a woman's love is not the same thing. Everybody needs someone's love,we want to be loved, we are human! If selflove is enough, then why we live relationships? :)
This is letting go. You haven’t let go of lack and desperation and that’s what chasing is. If you’ve living in the end in inner world that is letting go ❤

If they are TRULY IN 3D NOT CHOSEN OR LOVED how to not feel lack?
Because you make the inner world more real. That is the real world which then manifests in 3D
