    Pulte also built some homes here in the Cleveland area.
    I'm with you, not sure if I'd like a master-planned neighborhood either. I like motorcycles so I bet I wouldn't be too welcomed anyway. 😄 Where I live we get by just fine without things like HOA's.
    Do you know if any of these builders will ever build smaller, less expensive one and two bedroom units? I'm single with no kids so I don't have to worry about size, with family visiting. But my first choice is new.
    I've had neighbors that have passed away inside their houses. I'm not superstitious but I'm picky with things like that.

    I visited this community and spoke with a Lennar Rep and it was a little weird that they had no information on a timeline of when their single family homes for families under 55 will begin breaking ground. They really were trying to push their townhomes on us and even tried to promote their other community, Connerton instead of making us feel welcome in showing interest in single family homes.

      Yeah the vibe from the builder reps is really strange sometimes. Sometimes they really don't know the timeline because they have to sell a certain amount before they can move forward at all.

    This looks very tempting! And you think that they’re going to have townhouses starting around 300 K? Also, how long does it take to commute from this community to downtown Tampa and the airport?

      Hey Natasha. Townhouses will start at 300, which means they will probably be 320-330 with a few little upgrades. The commute to the airport is super fast- 25 mins.     Called Lennar about the 55+ villas. HOA is rather high and of course, will go up. CDD fees as well.

    We're looking at this land and are interested in buying a single family house. When do you think D.R Horton will begin braking grounds there? If so, do you think by December or January 2024 theyll have some SFH built? Thanks great vid btw!

      M/I, Maronda, Pulte, Biscayne, maybe LGI(townhouses). These are the builders from the other communities that were developed by the same group, so it's a safe guess
