That is may to October. Insurance is high and property taxes. I own a 2br 2ba condo. But I love it.😊😊😊. No snow 🌨. Lived in boston and Buffalo too. Survived Ian helene and Milton. Wonder what 2025 has in store. 😊😊. Tarpon springs has great Greek food and I found great pizza 🍕 10 minutes from me. Cable and internet is included in my hoa too.
It's right up the street from me in Clearwater. Downtown Dunedin has some great restaurants, festivals and bars. You park there and can walk to everything. I go there at least once a month. I have a sister that lives there and yes we take a golf cart. I do have chickens in my backyard...Ha! I have lived here all my life, 66 years. I have a boat and go out of Clearwater Pass and head north to the island, Caladesi, Honeymoon, Three Rooker and Anclote key.
If you were at the park on Pinehurst, you were only a few blocks from one of the big sinkholes, featured on a national show. A bit south off Patricia, behind the bowling alley, is a neighborhood with several sinkholes in its history. I think insurance companies keep maps of the riskier areas.

Lived in Dunedin for 5 years - there were no cons for us. Loved it!

My husband and I love Dunedin! We have our boat in Ozona and friends who live in Dunedin. There's so many restaurants and quaint shops!
