This prefab house has an floor plan and design I really think you will enjoy seeing! The manufacturer for this house is New Era Homes. The fact the home had almost the perfect mudroom? Like the laundry area, and side door where you'd probably come in from where the cars are parked for easier grocery trips. Half-bath off the side of it so if you're muddy and working outside you don't mess up the carpets, and a coat closet + multi-shelf storage (I was thinking either pantry or linens + toilet paper/paper towels etc.
Really is a perfectly laid out downstairs imo.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who didn’t like the layout. The upstairs floor plan is fine, but downstairs is a mess for me. So much wasted space. That half bath is entirely too big for what it is. Why are there so many doors in the utility room? It makes the space unusable for more storage. The wall divider to the left is just odd looking. If it’s load bearing, I’d understand, but columns would open the space up more instead. And the staging is AWFUL. Who stages a couch and a chair away from a TV? I just don’t get it.
Even though I wasn’t a fan, I do appreciate your videos Chance!

Well, I can't do those stairs but if I could it would be a nice one to have. As far as the Half Bath I'd have to Utility Room door to it deleted. I'd want and attached Garage accessed via a enclosed Breezeway. Put a bathroom out in the Breezeway with a pet shower and you choir Coat Closet in it too. I'd have the Utility Room rearranged then. Move the side door closer to the center wall, the washer and dryer on the wall where the Half Bath is. I think that would make better flow into the Kitchen when coming in from the Garage. As it is now if somebody is doing laundry and another is coming in you may be dodging laundry baskets. I always think of flow. In the Master Bath I'd want a bigger shower. A better grade carpeting upstairs.
I would extend the Porch over the Second Window 🪟 🪟 in the Living Room! 😁
