I think this is possibly the first master bathroom I've seen outside 900 square foot trailer I grew up in that doesn't have a double vanity in it. For a house this big I was not expecting that as all.
Beautiful home. People should think about how long they think they would stay in a home with all the bedrooms upstairs. We tend not to think of our senior years, but stairs will become a problem. I cared for an elderly woman whose son bought her a home with master bedroom and bath upstairs and only a powder room downstairs. It was a major problem. Her couch made out to a bed but she couldn't shower. It was sad.
Nice! All bedrooms are upstairs. This is where your dirty laundry would be, yet, the laundry room is downstairs. This has always been a deal breaker for me. No one wants to carry laundry up and down stairs. Master bedroom downstairs is good too.

Put the laundry room where the loft is. No one wants to carry all the laundry up and down stairs. The laundry could be a 3/4 bath for in law suite with the flex room.

The kitchen is fantastic. The great room is spectacular. Love the high ceilings and wall of windows. Only wish there was a first floor master.

I am in LOVE with this home. My very favorite one as far I'm concerned. Unfortunately I don't think you can get this model in Georgia. We have some weird restrictions on mobile and/or modular homes.
@@summerhouston13 check your local County regulations. I'm in Floyd county and they have restrictions on square footage for mobile and modulars. It does vary by county so you might have better luck.

I hope Mom & baby Rory are doing great 👍 💕

How do I find modular home manufactures in Texas? I only know of one and that is Pratt out Tyler. Most of the modular homes you showcase in other states are outstanding.

I Like 2 story homes (w/ bacements) Im not a fan of the 1/2 bath right off the Kitchen do to "germs" but like it off that entry way. Im a Big fan of Large functioning Kitchens, Large Dinning rooms (do to having a large family) large pantry, large functioning living rooms & a flow that doest take up or waste space. I don't like 2 story "vaulted" rooms I think its a waste of living space but I did like how they had floor plan options that don't make you have to have all that wasted space. defiantly show those options when available it changes the whole out look options of the whole house.
The videos are great.. I would love to see more long shots? Seems too close or short? I don't know I'm not knowledgeable in shooting video but I'm trying to say, I would love to see more footage from farther away to get more of what's being shot in frame.

I’ve done a couple prefabs and site built near Asheville but I don’t think Modular… but there is quite an extensive collection of North Carolina Modulars on the channel that May service the Asheville area.
The video seemed too zoomed in, I never got a good full look at rooms, most of the rooms it didn’t show the floors and a shot from corners so we could get a sense on the size of the room. I noticed the same on a couple of your other videos. I hope you take 5his as just constructive comments and not bashing because I definitely don’t mean it as such. It is a beautiful home, I’ll have to look at the single floor plans since I have MS and limited mobility. Thank you for showing us home options.
The things I hate is the exterior trim. I'd want to have the same bricking as what surrounds the front door, if any at all. Repaint the green in office and half bath. And the kitchen backsplash is a bit ugly from a distance, and I'd like better countertops for the counters (not the island). I also would repaint the boy bedrooms. Make the master bathroom have 2 sinks and not those weird tall cabinets. Tile the tubs. And Fix up the loft wall with a bigger TV and storage. I know it is a lot but everything else I love.

Love the Craftsman facade. Nice decor and finishes. It looks larger than it actually is. A lot of wasted living space. It is impressive though. I enjoyed the tour.
Are all these homes usually customizable for people who are disabled I mean would they be willing to put ramps on and you know grab bars in the bathrooms things like that? And if you don't know that's okay I just wondering I have to get a ramp built where I live and they told me I have to draw it then submit it then they have to get a permit so long process so I'm thinking if the if the manufacturers are willing to do it ahead of time that would really help people out okay have a great day I'm enjoying your your video God bless 🎈🙏

They now make a system like a central vac that can “suck” your clothes to the laundry room.

All these modern homes should have usb plug ins in obvious charge places like the kitchen island.
This is truly one of the best modular homes I have ever seen. Every manufacturer should start changing their designs to something like this.

Incredible home. The loft area really gave it a lot if character. Also, I haven't seen a standing shower with that much lighting in a long time.

There shouldn't be any problem with installing grab bars and putting in ramps outside the house. Ramps inside might require a redesign though.
