It's speculation. Rather, destroying Requiem only undoes it's bodyswap ability, allowing everyone to return to their original bodies. All the character dialogue implies Bucciarati couldn't return to his damaged body. Here are some quotes: Bruno: "You (Diavolo) wanted to pick up the arrow, so you didn't completely kill Requiem (point #1), but if I completely destroy mine... The ability of Requiem, the Stand that lost control, will disappear. (...) All the souls that have been swapped... will return to their original bodies!" Giorno: (sees Bruno's soul ascending) "Bucciarati! Your body's back at the Colosseum! That body is..." This is also why Mista and Trish believe that Bruno will be alive back at the Colosseum until the end, even though they directly witnessed Bruno destroying the Light behind his head. They didn't know about what had happened in Venice against the Boss, and all the conversation that Giorno and Bruno had in the car. Bruno in fact died because of the great amount of damage his body sustained, so his soul wasn't able to return to it. Addendum: this is also why Doppio bleeds out in Bruno's body. The damage was enough so that no one could even inhabit it anymore.
@@FreezerBurn1704 Then again it does make sense if the orb behind your head kills you too. Requiem stands are shrouded in mystery. It's even unknown if they're a temporary state or a permanent state.

Fantastic work on the extension! If I may put my request down, I’d like an extension of the slow guitar part. Before it picks up. Keep making the quality extensions!

All of what was shown as part of Chariot's ability was against humanoid stands, it is uncertain what would Chariot req do against non-humanoid stands. @@thenetreaper thats a theory, KQ BTD imo is a psuedo-requiem. a standard arrow pierced the user, thus 2 things about requiem are not occurring, the first is that the arrow is a standard and has less of the virus because of the smaller insect design. the second is that the arrow pierced Kira instead of KQ, but BTD is most certainly a requiem in some way, perhaps a weaker version.
Did you realize when somebody gets pierced a second time by the arrow gets the Abilitie acording which it desire at the moment to get pierced... Kira wants a way to get uncatched Polnareff wants to protect the Arrow at any cost Giorno wants to defeat King Crimson
Yeah that's how it works, that's why I've always argued GER isn't as broken as everyone thinks it is, it's ability specifically counteracts King Crimson, it's ability to negate intent or whatever is ridiculously powerful but it wouldn't really be able to do much against an automatic ability, like Notorious B.I.G or any of Kira's bombs. Now Stairway to Heaven, THAT's a broken stand.
franklin salas yeah but kira was pierced directly by the arrow which just gave him an ability, as silver chariot was pierced by the arrow rather than polnareff himself, so i dont think they both grant a power depending on a want or desire in that moment, because then what would be the point of even making the whole requiem thing when you can just get another ability through stabbing yourself?
@@lightrelorbo9715 technically speaking it doesnt matter if either the stand or the stand user was pierced because in both cases there would theoretically be some sort of physical harm towards the stand user (since a stand sustaining damage also pretty much applies the same damage to the stand user for example)

for the ppl that didn't know why polnareff cant control SCR is because his body was dead when sc got hit by the arrow, thus sc evolved into SCR but polnareff's soul wasn't gone yet and it got transferred to coco jumbo
If Polnareff was able to control Chariot Requiem would probably be stronger than Golden Experience Requiem since how it’s able to take your stand and attack yourself, get creatures from different places, and swap souls.
0:00 Polnareff: Uh...Chariot? Silver Chariot Requiem: Yes? Polnareff: Uh...nothing important. Its just that you turned into this Dark Knight all the sudden. Silver Chariot Requiem: Yeah.
Chariot Requiem has got to be the most terrifying stand ever in my opinion Like soul swapping on its own is a pretty unnerving subject on its own, but add that to its ability to bring creatures that don’t even EXIST into our world is downright scary. And it has an A in developmental potential. And all it needs to do is just WALK around an area and everything around it falls asleep. LIKE JUST IMAGINE you’re just chilling in your room, when you start feeling drowsy, and fall asleep, only to wake back up as a fucking flower.
A few reasons why Chariot: Requiem is absolutely ingenious on a metatextual level: 1) _The Requiem_ is a score that was in the process of being composed, only for its original composer to die and another after him ending up completing it. This isn't wholly dissimilar to Silver Chariot failing to defeat Diavollo, being reborn as C:R, once again failing to prevent Diavollo from gaining hold of the arrow, and finally being destroyed - only for Giorno to 'complete the Reqiuem', as it were, and defeat Diavollo. 2) There's a folkloric legend surrounding the Requiem score that states something dressed in all black came to the original composer of _The Requiem_ and commissioned its creation. C:R visibly mimics this legend. 3) SC's evolution into C:R is visually conveyed through their designs, the former being a knight and the latter being a musketeer, arguably a later evolution of the concept of a knight. 4) The chariot, as a Tarot card, symbolizes the overcoming of conflict and struggle through hard work and commitment, eventually finding a positive outcome. Even in its Requiem form, Chariot still carries these themes with it.
If it weren’t for Diavolo discovering his own shadow, Chariot never would’ve been defeated. Chariot would wander the world, now corrupted by the mutated monsters created by its ability alone. The living embodiment of Polnareff’s will and testament. His requiem. His soul would forever wander with the never ending goal of protecting the arrow. Never knowing peace, never knowing rest.

Giorno: (sees Bruno's soul ascending) "Bucciarati! Your body's back at the Colosseum! That body is..."
This is also why Mista and Trish believe that Bruno will be alive back at the Colosseum until the end, even though they directly witnessed Bruno destroying the Light behind his head.

Fantastic work on the extension! If I may put my request down, I’d like an extension of the slow guitar part. Before it picks up. Keep making the quality extensions!
You mean the opening that plays until about 1:00 right? I was thinking of doing a followup for it, kind of how I focused on the slower bits for Doppio’s theme rather than try to fit the more action-based in the extension (save for the outro).
TVthePunisher Precisely! While I don’t dislike the second half, that single minute is such a great atmosphere price. I’d really appreciate it if you spent your time to do that.

Polnareff: "Well I can just-"
And so it stretches on, for eternity. Eventually Polnareff and Giorno stopped thinking.
This also raises a question if SCR can make the user's stand go against them would that revert Jesus's stand Love Train to give SCR luck or would it make Jesus unlucky? (Edit: Thanks for all the likes i was just genuenly confused on how that fight would go also thanks for explaining it to me)
All of what was shown as part of Chariot's ability was against humanoid stands, it is uncertain what would Chariot req do against non-humanoid stands. What Love Train does (while with Valentine) is to redirect misfortune somewhere else. Chariot could definitely deflect D4C itself to Valentine, but Love Train is more or less a constant "passive" ability around Valentine.
Love train isn't a stand i belive... It's a result of corpse protection ability used on Valentine
Love train was created by the stand ticket to ride which manifested in lucy steel after all the corpse parts were absorbed by her i think
@@ПритуликВолодимир Love Train is an ability of D4C gained from the Jesus' corpse manifesting through Lucy's body into another stand called Ticket to Ride. Think of it as a more convoluted Sheer Heart Attack.

Truely, this is the ultimate version of Requiem. The first Requiem. This figure allowed GER to gain power.
The last thing you see is a mysterious man approaching you, wearing all black.
The first requiem is actually KQ:BTD
@@thenetreaper thats a theory, KQ BTD imo is a psuedo-requiem. a standard arrow pierced the user, thus 2 things about requiem are not occurring, the first is that the arrow is a standard and has less of the virus because of the smaller insect design. the second is that the arrow pierced Kira instead of KQ, but BTD is most certainly a requiem in some way, perhaps a weaker version.

The Head Doctor's theme
Did you realize when somebody gets pierced a second time by the arrow gets the Abilitie acording which it desire at the moment to get pierced...
Kira wants a way to get uncatched
Polnareff wants to protect the Arrow at any cost
Giorno wants to defeat King Crimson
Yeah that's how it works, that's why I've always argued GER isn't as broken as everyone thinks it is, it's ability specifically counteracts King Crimson, it's ability to negate intent or whatever is ridiculously powerful but it wouldn't really be able to do much against an automatic ability, like Notorious B.I.G or any of Kira's bombs. Now Stairway to Heaven, THAT's a broken stand.
@@DragoEpyon *made in heaven
franklin salas yeah but kira was pierced directly by the arrow which just gave him an ability, as silver chariot was pierced by the arrow rather than polnareff himself, so i dont think they both grant a power depending on a want or desire in that moment, because then what would be the point of even making the whole requiem thing when you can just get another ability through stabbing yourself?
@@lightrelorbo9715 technically speaking it doesnt matter if either the stand or the stand user was pierced because in both cases there would theoretically be some sort of physical harm towards the stand user (since a stand sustaining damage also pretty much applies the same damage to the stand user for example)
der Hörer then why have requiem stands? Just make it a new ability every time it happens
to anyone wondering , chariot was heading to jotaro to give him the requiem arrow

@@lavender_orb I agree with yours more. It would be too crazy to see SP REQ. Plus, it’s not known where Chariot was actually going. We couldn’t see before he fell to Diavolo.
@@JChanneL_Gaming it is really unknown but we can say that SCR was heading to the person that Polnareff had more trust on, Jotaro

@@smadgeongodwell if he was, part 5 would have been different, btw i think you're thinking koichi, since he was sent by jotaro
No one knows the power of this stand..But man can it make you fall asleep
for the ppl that didn't know why polnareff cant control SCR is because his body was dead when sc got hit by the arrow, thus sc evolved into SCR but polnareff's soul wasn't gone yet and it got transferred to coco jumbo
If Polnareff was able to control Chariot Requiem would probably be stronger than Golden Experience Requiem since how it’s able to take your stand and attack yourself, get creatures from different places, and swap souls.
Remember chariot requiem is a broken out of control stand, not a true stand like GER so just imagine if it had its true power.

Chariot Requiem has got to be the most terrifying stand ever in my opinion
Like soul swapping on its own is a pretty unnerving subject on its own, but add that to its ability to bring creatures that don’t even EXIST into our world is downright scary. And it has an A in developmental potential. And all it needs to do is just WALK around an area and everything around it falls asleep.
LIKE JUST IMAGINE you’re just chilling in your room, when you start feeling drowsy, and fall asleep, only to wake back up as a fucking flower.
Polnareff once said that Chariot could parry anything, even fire. Chariot Requiem parries everything thrown at the arrow, even stands.
A few reasons why Chariot: Requiem is absolutely ingenious on a metatextual level:
1) _The Requiem_ is a score that was in the process of being composed, only for its original composer to die and another after him ending up completing it.
Got so scared when polnareff almost died and when chariot was transforming into chariot requiem.

not gonna lie chariot requiem really vibin
If it weren’t for Diavolo discovering his own shadow, Chariot never would’ve been defeated. Chariot would wander the world, now corrupted by the mutated monsters created by its ability alone. The living embodiment of Polnareff’s will and testament. His requiem. His soul would forever wander with the never ending goal of protecting the arrow. Never knowing peace, never knowing rest.
