i'm gonna be trying these tips and will be getting back to you in a month!
    what im doing:
-eating 1 fried egg OR granola/oats for breakfast every day, and instead of unhealthy snacks after school ill be eating nuts with avocado.
-will be trying to drink as much water as i possibly can throught the day
    -applying rosemary oil every week!
-honey, detangling and not aggresively brushing to prevent split ends.
    -rice water rinse every week
wish me luck, and remind me in a month!
heya its been a month, and i can say that my hair grew, but not a massive difference. i have been preventing split ends, and it made a huge impact (i braided before sleep) i didnt rice water rinse because of my hair porosity, but i think it would help for others. bye thanks for reading!

What works for me is ricewater with cloves and ginger. Since I use this once or twice a day my hair grows way faster and looks and feels way beter. I now just wash my hair just once a week with a soft soap (no shampoo or any other product anymore) and I stopped using any heat on my hair. Never had better hair before!

Can I have the recipe?? I shaved my head and it was fun for awhile, but I miss my fluffy hair and my hair grows soooo slow

@@quick.act_strange Several recipes can be found here on TH-cam. Wat I use is one cup of rice, 5 cloves and half a tea spoon of ginger powder in a 1 ltr jar. Fill up with water. Leave it standing in a dark place for at least 4 days to a week, shaking it once a day. then just use the (filtered) water to rub your scalp.

Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy !!
I am so glad I came across your video. I had waist length hair just like and did a A line bob cut 3 months back. Now completely regretting it? And trying to grow it out.
I will try all your suggestions. How often do you do the hair mask and which out of the 3 do you suggest? Or do you suggest switching between the 3 one after another?

    • @TiaObed
      @TiaObed  ปีที่แล้ว +4

Thank you! 😊 oh no:( I use the hair mark probably once a fortnight and I do all 3! So I alternate between the 3. However I always oil my hair about once a week. Hope that helps!!

Don't overwash your hair. Depending on the type wash it somewhere between 1 and 3 times a week. I'm starting my hair growth journey June 26th 2024. 30-60 minutes before washing my hair I'll use coconut oil (I can't find rosemary anywhere) and after washing it I'll leave rice water on for 15-30 minutes before rinsing out and using conditioner. I also have dandruff so I'll see if that changes...
    *July 23rd, 2024.*
I used rice water for about 3 weeks and did scalp oiling and massages. i haven't seen any dramatic changes since it's been less than a month but my hair is less frizzy, shinier and my waves are more defined. I don't have as much dandruff and i believe it's because of scalp oiling. Also, i had two thinning patches near my hair line but now they are less visible. i can tell my hair is growing because i have more baby hair than usual.
When i ran out of rice water i made rosemary water. There are a lot of recipes online so you can try it yourself. To mine i added cinnamon and cloves, so it smells really good compared to rice water.
Another tip: when sleeping use a silk or a satin pillowcase or bonnet. if you cant afford it wear your hair tied in a protective hairstyle (braids, loose buns; dont wear tight hairstyles, it can recede your hairline) and oil your ends before going to sleep. during the day put your hair up because when your hair rubs together it can create split ends which prevent hair growth.
That's it for now. I'll update you in about 4 weeks, more or less. bye

If you want a rosemary oil then you can make it yourself at home by boiling rosmerry sprigs (the leaves I don't know what to call it) with olive oil or coconut oil x

It still boils down to genetics though. I once got my curly frizzy hair to waist length, doing a routine similar to the tips you gave BUT it took a really long time. There's just no way in heck my hair will grow as fast as yours did in just a month and a half. Not only is it incredibly dryer than yours, but unfortunately to top it off, I live in a dry, hot climate. My hair is repelling every "wonderful" product on the market and even repelling hair masks and hair oils when I have to leave the house. I use a swamp cooler in the house, and it's just not enough.
