The Chiefs have had a different team the last three years. Each team got slightly worse on offense as well. Acho trying to act like the Chiefs were the 49ers and either stayed with the same team or got better is crazy.
Every Monday through Friday on every sport's media talking heads show all season, we would hear, "Brock can't do this.... I need to see Purdy do that.... Brock can only win if....".

Football is the 1 sport where a bad day costs the most, and a good month benefits you the most. Teams that have been consistently good throughout a season don't win Superbowls as often as we would like to believe. In basketball and baseball the best teams win because they have to win a series. In football, you just have the win the day. Any given Sunday. And that's among the many reasons why we love football.
If it was Trey Lance doing what Purdy is doing, all these negative thoughts from these analysts will be differently said
I say the 9ers because they've had to come back from behind and have done things that are literally historic. They tied the record for the largest NFC Championship Game comeback ever (ironically tying their own record from 2012 😂) & Purdy is one of the few QBs drafted as low as he was to even do what he's done so far

You can also look at the level of competition faced. I think the 49ers had probably the toughest schedule. the best team the chiefs played all season and won was the dolphins other than that it was a bunch of teams that didn’t make playoffs. But they did win when it mattered I guess but bills haven’t been that good but they did beat the ravens.
Do some research before you humiliate yourself, the 49ers beat every nfc playoff team this year. The Chiefs lost to the Eagles, and the Lions, and got lucky against the Bills.

There’s only one answer. The chiefs had the most drops, beat all the best teams ON THE ROAD, which everyone asked if they could do, and it’s one of the best runs in Super Bowl history. I love JAMES JONES, but every time he says PATTY MAHOMES, it hurts me deeply ahah.
There's a legitimate argument for both sides. 49ers 2 wins came from double digit defecits, and they were able to come back twice to get to the Superbowl. However, you have to keep in mind that they were heavy favorites on both matches to win, and they barely did.
Chiefs were underdogs for all their matches in the playoffs with a +1.5, + 4.5, and +5.5 against Dolphins, Bills, and Ravens respectively. They won all 3: 2 in convincing fashion, and squeaked out a win in Buffalo. However, you also have to keep in mind that Chiefs have Patrick Mahomes. It's been 6 years of Mahomes going full on John Wick every time in the playoffs, and Chiefs are definitely lucky that they have a generational talent QB because otherwise, they wouldn't win those games.
Ultimately, I'll still say Chiefs run was more impressive. More games/wins played and all as underdogs.
Lets see who had a tougher road...... NFC final 4 teams: Packers, Bucs, Lions, Niners NFC Final 4 quarterbacks Love, Mayfield, Goff, Purdy. AFC Final 4 teams: Texans, Bills, Ravens, Chiefs AFC:Stroud, Allen, Jackson, Mahomes. The Ravens were clearly the best regular season team this season. So based on what happened this season and how strong each team's post season challengers were ,who was more impressive........
The 49ers easily. The Dolphins were a shell of a team, missing 4 starting o-line, and 6 starters on defense. The Chiefs got lucky with a missed FG against the Bills. Lamar choked like he always does in the playoffs. Not 1 of those wins was impressive. The 49ers came back in both games, when their team under this coach had never done so before, including tying the record in the NFCCG. those wins are impressive.
These 3 stay true to their culture of hate towards the niners. They literally said it was more impressive for the chiefs to lose and return to the superbowl for the 4th time in a row rather than a niners team on their 3rd qb in 2 years who by the way is a rookie off of elbow surgery to get to the Super Bowl.

Chiefs led the league in drops, worst in winning 50/50 balls, 9-6 record, people thought they wouldn’t win the division and would miss the playoffs, they beat Miami when they were barley favored, went on the road as an underdog and beat Buffalo, went on the road and beat Baltimore as an underdog. I don’t understand the question? Most dropped balls and their worst season is impressive? Contrast that with your QB and RB being in MVP discussions, dog walking Eagles and Cowboys and having the number 1 offense in the conference all season, overcoming adversity and having momentous comebacks in the playoffs.
