I made this wrap a few weeks ago. I really liked it. It was my first time using “Nutritional Yeast”. I’ll make this wrap again. I looked for sun dried tomato paste to make it easier on my blender. I couldn’t find a paste version. Then when I got home, I realized that my sun dried tomatoes that I had at home had expired. Anyway, I used regular unsalted tomato paste with garlic. My wrap was delicious.

I had the Mandingo wrap. I think 3 to 4 people could eat off of that one. It's huge.

You didn't add any couscous? I remember that being on the wrap.
When you roll the wrap, always pull in the sides as you wrap. Do not just roll forward with constantly pulling in the sides.

I’m not even 15 minutes in yet and have subscribed to your channel. Love your big personality. I also love this wrap but $19 is a bit much for me to eat it on a regular basis. My favorite is the datish wrapped in seaweed.

Looks delicious. Im going today for lunch since it has been a while. 😋 Being that Tassili's doesn't put the fresh tomatoes in the mixture, but only as a topping, did putting them in make anything mushy?
nope, it was fine. next day I wouldn't eat in a salad though texture wise. in a wrap its fine. no more than the next though for me though. eating it now.

I was told we shouldn’t eat the skin or seed of the tomatoes, onions should only be eaten to heal the body not in every dish and light a candle while cutting a onion near you or place the onion in the freezer for a couple of minutes before cutting to stop the tears. Don’t argue with me people just look it up!
One more thing 🤭 for the wrap you “tuck” first then do the sides then roll 👍🏾
