Schools do not teach young children simple ways of living. They mature parents who are traumatized by their parents. They grow up with anxiety and with stress. In college, the doctor chooses medication for the young college student with stress. It is worse than ever. However, with five minutes of common sense listening to you, life becomes easier. Thank you and every other Buddist monk for helping society, helping young people, too, who are lost. I would love to see a video on your path of becoming a Buddhist Monk. I also watch Nick K who feels like a friend. I enjoyed learning of his journey as I would yours!

I'm christian but mostly I spend my whole day listening to your lessons .. it makes me realized that life ,and happiness does not depend on anything that soround you , it will always you who choose how to live in a peacfull life ..
