    Johnny, there's no doubt your subscribers are going to continue to climb. Please don't change a thing. Your laid back style is what we love! I think your voice overs are perfect for the edit. Easy to hear instead of all the chaos and noise during the actual cook. Plus, the videos are not too long! Keep it up!

    BIG White Castle on the nose! I did these one weekend & they were so freaking good that we did them again the next weekend with slider buns. I used a 9"x9" pyrex casserole dish to shape a nice SQUARE layer of ground beef, then flipped the 9x9 over onto the Blackstone, added my onions, salt & pepper & used the bottom of the 9x9 (with parchment paper like you did) to SMASH the onions into the ground beef and spread it out to about 10"x10" - which is perfect for 2.5" slider buns! After the meat started to firm up, I cut 4 squares about 5"x5" - the perfect size to top with 4 slider buns & then covered with an upside down baking sheet to steam the buns nicely. Blah, blah, blah - add a few pickle slices & they were AWESOME.

    • @JohnnyBrunet
      @JohnnyBrunet  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just discovered your Channel,... Watching some vids & I will Subscribe.
      Moved from Sydney Australia to Central PA 20 years ago,... I love Charcoal & love Weber Kettles, tried a Pellet Grill for one summer but went back to Charcoal, never having a Propane Grill again BUT am thinking of a Blackstone Griddle for sure although, I would still do my eggs in a Pan on the Griddle lol :)
      I still sometimes grill in Winter but the neighbors look at me a bit weird lol,... Speaking of neighbors, I can see 8 houses around me with no fences but only 2 use a Grill at all & that may be only 3 times a whole Summer :(
      About to set up a Charcoal Snake on the Weber now to cook a Marinated Chuck Roast ;)

    • @JohnnyBrunet
      @JohnnyBrunet  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@davidyummus6259 that's awesome man I bet your chuck roast will turn out great. I love doing those I feel like it's such a good 'bang for your buck ' piece of meat. I got a big green egg smoker about 6 months ago and love it. I'm still learning and have made plenty of mistakes but it's a lot of fun.
      As for the griddle I'm obviously biased but I think they are worth it. It's totally different than charcoal and smoking meats. So I don't think they are comparable I use each grill for different things.
      I totally understand still doing your eggs in a pan that's the best way to keep em nice and clean. I will say this if you cook a lot of breakfast and your doing up a lb of bacon, the griddle is worth it for the bacon alone. All the grease and smell stays outside, easy clean up, wife is happy, kitchen still looks nice.
      Thanks so much for watching buddy.

      Awesome man! I'm so glad the recipe turned out well for you. Our weather is pretty bad right now but we get about 8 good months for grilling so a little different than you I guess. As long as you get a lid to cover it you'll be good as far as storage. As for using it only 50% of the year that's a tough decision. I guess it depends on how much you want it or if you can build an awning or something. I really appreciate you watching Paul.

I did hear perfectly your White Castle reference though. Another great simple recipe Thanks. Have A Day! ;~)
