      Will you be doing videos about enlightenment in the future? Very few TH-cam channels of this format/style successfully break down and present enlightenment in an efficient and digestible way for westerners. Perhaps it would take a few episodes? Perhaps it's too far removed from your core message of masculinity?
      All I'm saying is it seems like a gap in the market, and enlightenment is the jizz.

    Meditation has helped me so much in med school. If i'm feeling anxious or whenever I panic before taking a test, I simply meditate. It keeps my nerves down and keeps me focused.

    meditation is such a blessing. you can literally do it any time and its free! so many benefits at such little cost. imagine a pill that contained all of the benefits of meditation. imagine how valuable it would be. a pill with all benefits and no side effects. i think this is one of the most important habits someone can incorporate into their lives and i genuinely think that if enough people practised it the world would become a better place.

    Science has gone so far to make a pill that can increase human life span, make us strong, and make us feel good.
    This pill has been available to humanity for extremely long.
    All you need is
    a good diet
    a good exercise routine
    and meditation
    (edit, there's like 2 other pills aswell)
    Social contact and sleep.
    (Social contact isn't 100% necessary but it greatly increases the quality of life I feel)
    these three (five) things are all you need in life.

    i meditated for the first time today because i have had a terrible last few weeks with a lot of stress, overthinking and anxiety. So i tried it and for the first time and it really calmed me down. I felt this like numbness tingling feeling from my head to my shoulders and it felt like my body was restoring itself. It was very peaceful and I will 100% do it again.

    I was expecting you to mention the mental clarity it gives you. I used to be so indecisive and after meditating it’s either a or b without second guessing, hands down. I guess that plays into anxiety, though.

    The fundamental idea of meditation is based on two concepts - the first is not to allow too many thoughts into your brain, and the second, on the contrary, to skip thoughts "without judging".     It is a game changer/Reboot's everything/One small piece of advice is to be patient at first. Start small like 5 min. when you wake n 5 min. before sleep. Then work your way into the 15 to 20 min sessions, but you don't have to do marathon sessions. And try to be consistent. Once you see the benefits you won't want to stop. Peace

      IMO these transcendental meditation teachers just want to your money and to get it, they pay celebrities to say this stuff, just to get you to buy it. I am sure that it is just a form of mindfulness meditation.

    I've been practicing meditation for around a week now and I'm in love with it. It feels so good to just stop and switch off the mind. I'm practicing before bed and once during the day but I think I will try to start also in bed once I wake up. I notice already just a better sense of well being and positive frame of mind so that's wonderful.

    Those being mentioned here are small matters. There are only four main majors benefit in doing meditation (vipassana). But seem the meditation here is calming of the mind ( samadhha) being mentioned. The benefits mentioned here are all temporal which mean as good as u practice only.
