I didn't see any battery testing, checking s-cams for wear or checking brake throws, clevis pin movement, draining air tanks and for stroke alert etc.. Missed that. And thought that safety checks was part of a routine PM.
The batteries are brand new and I did a lot of off camera work. As far as air tanks go the air dryer keeps them nice and dry. S-cams are generally only checked when changing brakes and I've only ever found 2 s-cams on our trucks that were bad.
@@RepairsforOats Maybe because the trucks don't do too much Urban driving and not such heavy work. But we check those items on a PM regardless. And measure brake pad thickness if equipped.
