Great show in Budapest! And you where lucky to not get thrown out for filming this. Luckily, I got to enjoy the show for the first ten minutes before being thrown out by the guards. I completely understand the policy of a band to not allow filming during concerts, but being thrown out for filming a part of a song is way too much. Especially after saving money for the ticket and a whole trip from Bucharest to Budapest that takes about 12-15 hours to drive (just one way). Not cool at all. And not only that you are thrown out, you are being treated like a criminal, with your hands behind your back, even though you try to explain the guards nicely that your filming is representing nothing but a small memory of the concert and is not a crime and you will delete it. I don't know if it's just Hungarian practice, or the band requested it, but I never felt such humiliation ever, especially not at a concert for which I PAID a fucking ticket. And there are many concerts I attended and did that, without being thrown out, just a warning. I think the policy of not filming should be restricted to letting you delete the movies and then just enjoy the show. There is no justification for humiliation and taking your money. Absolutely nobody has to win out of this practice. I really hope Tool will reconsider this policy, it is very faulty both for them and for the fans. Especially if the phone you filmed with has the quality of a potato and you can't call that thing a bootleg practice at all. But hey, nice concert (at least i got to listen to Sober and The Pot)
I am completely with you on this man, this rule fucking sucks. However, why did you STILL choose to record if you knew damn well that you could be thrown out. I've heard and read everywhere that peple were getting thrown out on their shows left right and center. I mean, with you knowing this, receiving the warning on your ticket and hearing the warning on the intercom for like 5 times why still choose to do it?! I bet it would've been nicer for you to enjoy the concert than having like what a minute long recording of a show that you got kicked out of? I still feel extremely sorry for you and by no means I feel like you deserved it, but in the end it was your fault that resulted in you getting kicked out. Seems like security was very mixed, I was 5 rows from stage and a guy next to me recorded 4 minutes of Pneuma before the security guard literally knocked his phone out of his hand, but he didn't get thrown out.
Also agree with you. And the those who are with tool perspective, are watching on tube their shows. ...phonies. And toolfakers, their last cd costs 110+ $ here. For a mediocre album. And kicking people out? ?...they didn't that in Greece. (Terrible sound. ..)while we were smoking, or having our phones. They told us that the live will be cancelled. ..hahaha! After 45min they were on stage..it would have ended at mesacre! I can understand their way of thinking, but don't overdoing it(think for your self. Question authority. ..)
Sorry, but if you get caught taking a video and thrown out then that's completely on you. There are signs EVERYWHERE at Tool shows that warn that phones aren't allowed. Pretty sure there's an audio recording played before the show as well advising of no phone use. Everybody knows that the band allows you to take your phone out to record during the last song. Shouldn't that be enough? I'm sick of going to concerts and having to watch the show through some assholes phone screen in front of me because they can't put it down. It's refreshing to go to a Tool show and not see of sea of phone screens, just audiences enjoying the experience.
They are an art metal/prog band, they don't do "WRAAAA" they write melodic masterpieces and seeing them together live was so unreal, they really have a great connection and these are friends, you can feel it in this vid
I love that Danny has a strings contribution on this song.
I like that danny makes the guitar look like ukulele. Was in the 5th row. Thanks for recording this. 🙏
The question is how do three men make all that myriad of sound.
Seeing Danny do double duty …squeeeeeeeeee … I mean he’s arguably one of the best drummers hands down, but would love to see him shred on guitar 🎸😎
Absolutely amazing performance !!
Great footage and sound quality.
Can't wait to see your recording of "Descending"...
Is there such a recording?
This was a great gig, I was lucky to be there.

I dont get it. What's the deal? They dont want you to film/take fotos, so dont do it. Otherwise you live with the consequences, alright?

Imi pare foarte rau, nu-mi imaginez cat de cacat ar fi sa faci astfel de drum doar ca sa te dea afara. Incredibil, dar acum n-ai ce schimba.
Whats this campfire shit? i thought they were a metal band?
they are a band, so you were partly right.
You can't even comprehend the beauty of this song.
Such a bizarre complaint
Suk a sak
