A trip around Kawaguchiko, Mishima, and Otsuki with Toyoko INN's free shuttle bus

I stayed at Toyoko INN Fuji-Kawaguchiko Ohashi, Toyoko INN Fuji-Mishima Station, and Toyoko INN Fuji-Otsuki Station.
This issue is about traveling from Yamanashi Prefecture to Shizuoka Prefecture. Toyoko INN operates a free shuttle bus between Otsuki, Kawaguchiko, and Mishima hotels. I used this bus to travel for free from Kawaguchiko to Mishima and from Mishima to Otsuki.
Reservations are required for this inter-hotel bus service, but Toyoko INN members can use it without staying at a hotel. Although the hours are limited, I plan to use this service in the future, as I can ride the spacious bus for free!
Note: The official website notes that this service is only available for a limited time, so there is no guarantee that it will be discontinued at the hotel's discretion.

Is it free to ride if you booked a Toyoko INN's hotel? e.g. I booked Otsuki Tokyoko INN and want a ride form Kawaguchiko to Otsuki.
