GX470 part 8: Upgrading to brand new carpet (is it worth it?)

Yes definitely worth it, but I do think this one specifically was really shitty. I've brought from this company for my 2004 4runner and it fit fantastic and had no issues but jesus this was a nightmare.
But new carpet regardless is better then almost 20 year old carpet. We'll just see how it holds up and I already emailed the company showing how it looked and fit not so good so we'll see.

I ordered the vinyl version and its a terrible mold. What did you do with the large wooven backing that comes with it?

luckily or unlucky for me the backing was separate, but there was a lot of misaligned things. Like for my other car it came out great but I kinda wish they took it off the sire since it was SO BAD.
