Ensign Nanda had one hell of a time working with Vader. Really liked her and am sad that we did not get more stories with her. Vader honestly gets some amazing sidekicks in the comics, be they Legends or canon
One can understand her anger (imagine a survivor of Hiroshima meeting J. Robert Oppenheimer) but Leia made a very bad tactical decision on part of the Rebels . The smart thing to have done would have been to tell him "you want to do penance for the harm you've done., you want to balance for all those souls you've helped destroy. Then you come and work for us, help us end this war quickly so no more innocents must suffer.'

Vader was a horrible person. Anakin wasn't. He did bad things for a good cause before Mustafar. Vader and Anakin are often used by psychology students for Borderline Personality Disorder, because they act like completely different people. Anakin was fun, cheerful, and loved his friends and family, willing to die for their safety. He was a good person, if angry and egotistical at times. He also seems to have had some mental health issues, what with his childhood of slavery, death of his mother, lonely life as a Jedi in the time between Episodes 1 and 2, and of course, the Clone Wars and dreams of his beloved Padmē and children dying. Vader is cold and numb and cruel, and doesn't regard life as anything to be treasured. He tried to completely detach Anakin from himself, treating him like another lifeform entirely. Psychology-wise, Vader and Anakin were two different people who had the misfortune to be placed in the same body.

You know, whenever I hear of Vader infiltrating anywhere, it's always him walking in and slaughter fools. I'd love to see him do some genuine infiltration. Strip out of his armor to a more streamlined life support system, come up with an alternate identity and go into one of these places as something like an engineer or repairman that was badly wounded during the clone wars and then spy and work his way into the info he needed.

Aspects of Disney's Clone Wars, almost the entirety of Rebels, and each movie of their fanfiction trilogy are absolutely garbage. But yeah, at least some quality things exist, I just wish actual fans of Star Wars owned the rights. Have you seen the fan remade Obi-Wan Vs. Vader fight, SC 38 reimagined? It's so beautiful and authentically done that most agree it's just the new "canon." And it's far better than anything Disney has produced, even with how good Rogue One was. It's probably my favorite lightsaber fight now, if you haven't checked it out, you've got to. But yeah, I don't mean to say Disney can't produce quality and authentic Star Wars, just that for the most part they sadly haven't.

If Leia is force sensitive, how come she didn't feel the deaths of all of Alderaan's population. Even an untrained force sensitive person would've felt those deaths.
She probably did, but being untrained and being thrown into a maelstrom of emotions from witnessing her home destroyed failed to recognize the disturbance as anything else than her own sorrow and horror at everything and everyone she ever knew being vaporized instantaneously. My take on it at least.
