- Ingredients and seasoning for this dish.
100gms Slice chicken or pork marinated with
1 tbs oyster sayce, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp corn flour.
15 Slices of fish balls or fish cakes as much
Prawns
3 cloves Chopped garlic
1 beaten Eggs beaten
Vege of your choice
Add after adding stock or water
1 tbs Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Soy sauce
Thick dark Soy for color (depends how dark you want.
Chicken Stock powder (optional)
Salt according to taste
Pepper
Corn flour mix with some water for thickening depends how much gravy you prepare. add more if not thick enough.

It was chopped garlic 1st. The white powder was corn flour to thicken the gravy.
